Went in looking for V50. They had it. Evidently you need a fingerprint card and a DNA swab to buy this stuff. I'm a smooth talking salesman, and I can sell anything, but the young lady at the register would not budge.. I had to buy the V40🤣🤣🤣 Great job young lady for holdi g your own. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have been visiting Ulta for the brow bar and have been so pleased with Jazmyne‘s work!! I went in for my first appointment and had an eyebrow emergency and she has helped me regrow my eyebrows into a fuller more natural look! I get wax a wax and tint and my eyebrows look great for weeks. Jazmyne is very careful and honors her work! I definitely will keep going back to her. I highly recommend her services, thank you Jazmyne! ❤️

Got a FANTASTIC hair cut from Kelsea! She is an “elite stylist” and definitely deserves that title. I had reference pictures but I didn’t even need them, she knew exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Kelsea!!!

Sydney was awesome, I'm honestly clueless about makeup but knew I wanted clinique foundation and concealer because they don't use fragrances that irritate my skin. She found my shade matches very quickly, and recommended a couple other products I was looking for. Seeing them on my skin was very helpful. This store seems to have great staff.

Was given 6 consecutive sales pitches at checkout on the credit card after giving a firm no each time by management. Very unprofessional, need to be trained that no means no.

The workers there doesn’t seem like they want to be there. I would assume that the sales associates would be approachable. I asked a lady a question and seemed like she was in a rush to help me and walk away. The store wasn’t packed, so she could have spent the time.

I am so grateful that Raychel inquired if I needed any assistance upon entering the store. I have a losing battle with hyperpigmentation that leave me frustrated to end . . . Daily. Raychel made it her mission to ensure I achieve the total coverage I desired. Laura the GM also offered up some assistance as well. Raychel explained in detailed how to apply the product and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Stop by and request Raychel for all of your beautification needs.

I have to give a shout out to Kate who works in the Clinique area normally. She is incredible at what she does. She’s knowledgeable, personable and really cares about the people who come in. She matched me perfectly to a foundation shade and really took the time to do this. Thanks Kate, you rock and this store is lucky to have you!

Reviewing the Benefit Brow Bar. New to the area & I made a first-time appointment at this store to get my brows done. I drove 25 min just to go to this store. As I said, I made an appointment (3 days in advance, and confirmed it). When I arrived, I checked in at the front and saw someone's was already getting their brows done. After a few minutes I again checked in with an employee. I waited for 15 more minutes and the brow artist was no where near done with the prior client, so I left. Extremely disappointing. I will never return here.

I visited today looking for a color-correcting product, as I’ve struggled to find a shade that matches my skin tone. I had the pleasure of working with Kate, who was phenomenal. She was incredibly knowledgeable about mixing and matching colors and finding the best product for my skin tone and type. I’m so grateful for my experience with Kate—she truly took the time to troubleshoot and explore multiple shades until she found the perfect one. Her expertise and warm, personable approach made all the difference, and she left me feeling much more confident.
