As an Ann Arbor local, I used to trust this entity with my financials for years. However, I have been let down by the team handling fraud & scam. They tried to toss the matter around with multiple different agents there. Every time I call to try to get information or updates, they either hang up or they advised me to speak to a different person that I never was transferred to successfully. Very unprofessional team.

I'm an old school dude who never banked with a Credit Union and my stubbornness eventually thawed. I compared 3 different Credit Unions and eventually came to the University of Michigan Credit Union in Ann Arbor. Carla Morabito was not only knowledgeable, but was also honest enough to run information with her manager throughout the process.
She was genuinely engaged throughout the process. I went to 3 different 3 Credit Unions today and I don't think I would've opened an account with UMCU without her. UMCU needs to know they are blessed to have a person like her.
