Wow, what a terrible experience. I went to UPS to buy a box so I can package my Amazon return but the woman at the front desk named Kate (who refused to give me her name by the way and told the guy not to tell me either) tried to charge me for both the box and packing fees, even though I clearly told her I only wanted the box and would handle packing myself. When I tried to explain, she just walked away from the counter and had someone else help me. UPS, your staff needs proper training—this kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. That woman clearly had no interest in helping customers.

Lady behind the counter wouldn’t give me 2 ft of tape to pack a fresh box i just bought from them. I had to pay for a whole roll of tape she said. But after packing up my box and paying for shipping, she managed to include tape on the top of the box. So after spending $60 on box and shipping, a little strip of tape isn’t included!? What happened to decent service…

The staff is kind and helpful and the store is conveniently located. They have come in clutch while moving. They also do passport pictures

Had my package redirected there but they said the package wasn’t there when I make my trip over. Took about 3 days to redirect the package that is already in Ann Arbor to the actual location even though the app says pick up time is soon.

Went to ship a small parcel from this location, was quoted $23 for ground service to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Drove to the customer service counter at the Ypsilanti Distribution center and shipped it for $11.
In response to the Owner; I don't care if you investigate further, that's your call. It is important, though, that your customers understand the markup on services of over 100%.

I recently moved from Ann Arbor to Denver and had a treasured piece of artwork to pack. Andrew packed it for me and did a fantastic job. The item was securely wrapped with great attention to detail. It is now in its new home in perfect condition. I highly recommend Andrew for preparing important items to ship!

Staff were more friendly than I expected given this is a high volume/pressure/service. When I requested a change/upgrade in packaging, the staff kindly stopped and made the switch. They also provided $10 notary public service without any advanced scheduling. Just bring ID.

This location could be a study in customer service! This place is amazing! Special shout out to the management team, specifically Amanda! She makes her customers feel welcome and does an outstanding job! This is the only place in Ann Arbor anyone will ever need for their packing, shipping, printing, notary and other services.

I supplied store employee Andrew with a tracking number and he insisted the 5 lb. parcel wasn’t in the store. His “nothing I can do about it” attitude was infuriating! The package was located the next day. C’mon, man. With all these 5 star reviews, I know you can do better. The package was quickly found by a much more customer service focused young lady.
