The UPS store at Westgate is fabulous. Customer service, efficiency, not having to wait too long in line and I’ve never had a problem with anything I’ve shipped.

I agree with other comments about unfriendly staff. And today they we’re going to charge me $2.25 or $2.50 TO PRINT A LABEL FOR AN AMAZON RETURN THAT WAS ALREADY BOXED AND TAPED. This in addition to what Amazon pays them.
I went back to Postal and Prints in Dexter where they did it for a buck.

Been working with Scott and his team on a shipment from Ann Arbor Michigan to Colorado and it was a very smooth and great experience! They picked up my parcel, packed it and now out for delivery. This is a great team that helped me out at the last minute!

This store earned one star, ONLY because it has a self-serve kiosk for Amazon and pre-paid packages. Otherwise I give it zero stars. There's an employee that doesn't speak, AT ALL. You walk up to the counter and he just stares at you like you're a painting. And the other employees are dry and not helpful or friendly.

Do not use for notary services. I called earlier and was told they would be there until close. I arrived and was informed they left for the day because it was a slower day. Not reliable for notary services.
Update- I went back a different day and notary services were very quick and easy. I think you just have to call and confirm ahead of time because their hours vary.

If you have an Amazon return, I recommend just dropping at Whole Foods. First time I was ever required to have a “box” for my “box.”
