The staff are consistently helpful and kind. They have a kiosk for Amazon returns which makes returns easy and fast.

I do quite a bit of shipping, and when needed the UPS store is usually fine.It took over 10 minutes to ship 2 packages to the same address.AND the staff was condescending and rude.I will not be back, especially after they joked that nothing is guaranteed in life including $130 shipping from UPS.

Went in this morning to get an issued resolved with a package that was not delivered properly. London is extremely rude and needs to be retrained, she was rolling her eyes tone was extremely condescending and belittling. Poor attitude and did not help me at all because she refused to listen to any of the information I was giving her and I still have no idea where my package is.

everytime ive been to this store the employees have been very helpful and they get me in and out with efficiency...I do feel the store is under staffed and the people working are dealing with more business than usual.

I stopped in to do some Amazon returns and everything was fine but when I asked for a receipt I was told I didn’t need one in a snippy attitude and I said I wanted one for my records and she said like I said you don’t really need it.

Talk about just having a body at the counter. Guy was very unhelpful. It's not the customers fault if we bring back Amazon returns. Have ups negotiate a better deal for the ups stores or don't do it at all. Other than the one word answers and cave man grunts the only thing they get excited about is charging for tape! Bring your tape gun or go to another location. Poorly run, my local ups store is ran much better. New ownership needed here for sure.or just

I believe this location has undergone a significant positive transformation. It is now my go to UPS. The three people I deal with normally are all competent and friendly, especially Scott. I'm usually in and out of there in a flash, no fuss or hassle.

I go out of my way to drive to the UPS Store on South Main St -- if you live in the area, it's 100% worth it. That's how awful this Jackson Ave. location is.
