Probably the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Standing in line (not even in a rush) but witnessed 2 female clerks talking with 2 other employees actively ignoring us in line and their superior telling them to help assist the ppl in line.
No idea what is going on in there, but they need a new staff apparently.

The employees are usually nice to me but I come here at least once a week and almost every time an employee is yelling at someone or fighting with a customer or colleague. The last time I went in the woman who looks like Velma from Scooby Doo was yelling at a very old woman who was confused. Another time she wouldn’t take a customer that was a couple minutes late for their passport appointment but the man did take them and they had a scream fight in the office right next to the counter. Honestly it is entertaining but if it wasn’t so close to my work I wouldn’t go.

Workers seem like they hate their job, you feel like a burden to them. Very few windows open. Workers move very slow no matter how many people are in line.

Easy in, easy out. Ask questions if you have them and staff are interested in helping you out. I think many reviewers here may not have asked the right questions and subsequently had a bad experience.

It’s the post office. It’s not glamorous. I’ve never had a problem with anyone here. They’re just trying to do the best they can with what they have. Be respectful be respected.

Only because can't give 0 stars. Worst customer service. Asked a question and was yelled at with AN INCORRECT answer. If ypu hate your job that much, maybe should find something more suited for your attitude.

Very rude! Ask “how are you?” no response. I had two separate returns with QR codes so had not taped the bags not knowing yet if the items should be packaged together or not. Not a huge deal. Return ended up being combined, so joined packages. Woman says “you’re actually supposed to have that taped before you come in, but here’s courtesy tape”. Not in a polite tone. I packaged it and am standing with my code for her and she has her head completely turned chomping on gum. Won’t look at me, finally scans it and says nothing. I ask “am I all set?” and she goes “need a receipt”. Nope and left. Her demeanor was so off. Girl needs some training in customer service.

Went there to open a personal PO Box a week ago. The associate at the desk was professional and polite. I was set up and on my way in 10-15 minutes. I was very satisfied with the service.

Always a wait if you expect that it helps. Service is decent and cordial and respectful in my experience. Impatience is not rewarded so it is hard as I am not by nature patient.
