This post office is a disaster. I dropped a package in the box INSIDE the building. The last pickup time for the day said 5 pm, I put it in there at four…. Three days later, it’s still not tracking! How incompetent do you need to be to not be able to even scan something in? I have customers that think I’m incompetent now, because I chose this post office. Never again!

I have to come to the post office for work on a regular basis, it’s part of my job. The employees are rude, inefficient and slow. They lack basic customer service skills and all sense of urgency. Expect to wait in long lines almost every visit. If you’re in a situation like me, you unfortunately don’t have a choice.

Was only one person at the counter, but dude was very efficient and when I got to the counter even though he couldn't do what I needed he went above and beyond giving me resources to do so.Would be 5 stars but I was in line for like 10 minutes, regardless dude was very very helpful

They helped me carry my package weighing 40lbs by offering a dolly when I requested. It was a nice experience. Would go back.

Long lines, can't blame employees since they are always understaffed. But they do move like they are not motivated in much which all comes down to who leads them. Also, who in the world replaced the drive through with a box that is too short, impossible to find the slot and a design that defeats the purpose of a drive through since one STILL NEEDS TO GET OUT OF THE CAR TO PUT LETTER IN THE BOX!!!!!! The system really needs a total overhaul. The employees would be much happier if it was run properly. I don't blame them for being unmotivated and unhappy.

The employees need to drink.Red Bull!Slow service and forgot what customer service is about.I ask a.employee.to.get my package for me.where you mail.lettwrs and refused.Her canvas cart was full of.smooyhies.and.more.omportamy than helping the customer.Green Road post office is awesome,great customer servicee.

One of their male carriers was in the parking lot driving like a maniac and when I went in to file a complain. The ladies that were working did everything. They could to make it hard for me to even make a complaint.

Clerk is generally unhappy and unhelpful. Post Master spends too much time not delivering the mail. Would be better if they actually did their job.

If you seek purgatory look no further. You won’t get deliver your packages, they won’t tell you they have it, they won’t help you to rectify their inability to fulfill the basic function of delivery, they will tell you all of their inadequacies are your fault. There is no humanity here, no kindness, and no hope just an automated system no one who works here understands how it works. You want shrugs and apathy go to this post office.

If you need a passport, please go somewhere else. Workers are rude and unprofessional. The website is also inaccurate, leading to appointments not being valid. They need to hire an all new staff, the current bunch clearly hate their lives and would rather be doing something else.

Refused to deliver a package and claimed the I requested my package be held at the post office when I did not. I do not even have a car or the ability to get to the post office. Thanks, USPS.

I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T PROCESS PASSPORT RENEWALS ANYMORE. I had the application all filled out with photos attached. The employee was completely unhelpful!! She said they don't process passport renewals & offered no help. THE US DEPARTMENT OF STATE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES THAT PASSPORT APPLICATIONS AND RENEWALS MUST BE MAILED THROUGH USPS! How could employ at USPS not know this? What an incredibly frustrating experience

They are way too understaffed for the volume they get--expect to stand around in a long line. However, the staff has a great attitude and customer service; they are very friendly.
