I have used UTEC for years. This year on my bill I was Charged $239.40 for shipping and handling, when I never ordered any toner or had any service calls, asked to have it waived, was still charged $60.00 dollars for a fuel surcharge when nothing was sent to my office. Glad to see they are looking out for their customers.

I love that UTEC always comes to our business if we have any problems with our printer. They show up within 24 hours of us calling and always do a great job fixing the problem as well as perform an inspection to make sure the printer is running properly.
