I recently had to bring my Explorer in due to some damage to the rear tailgate caused by an accident. I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience was so positive that I felt a great review was earned. Everyone I dealt with exceeded my expectations. Keisha, Tom and Jeremy made the entire process easy and hassle free. They dealt with my insurance company for me and they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. They finished all the repairs ahead of schedule and my Explorer looks brand new. I can’t thank everyone at Varsity Ford enough for making the process of getting car fixed (which I expected to be annoying) so easy! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you varsity ford.

So I bent my rim on my 25 gt mustang and I brought it in they wanted to charge me $2100 for a rim, new tire and a alignment I told them I have tirecare and it sould pay for it all they denied it 3 days later so I took it to thedealership i brought it from and they told me I didn't need a new tire and approve me for a new rim within 2 hours
