I visited this store the other day to get help installing an app that was confusing (to me). Josh hadn't worked with the app on Androids, but he dug right in and managed to get it installed and working in a short time. The process was efficient and educational, and the staff is very friendly. This has become my new favorite Verizon store!

I bought two phones and two watches from this store this week for Christmas gifts. I took one watch home and had to order the second but was assured it would arrive before Christmas. The watch I took home ended up to be the wrong size. Having never worn the watch, I went back to the store to exchange the watch and pick up the other watch that was ordered. I was denied the return because the watch has a scratch on it. However the only person who handled the watch was the sales guy who put the straps on and sold me the watch outside of the box.
After denying my return, the employee then informed me that the watch was not going to be available by Christmas as I was told.
After calling Verizon, I learned this is not an official Verizon store but a privately owned franchise and they suggested I go to the actual store owned by Verizon which is off Saline rd. They were able to get me the watch i ordered from the other store immediately.
I highly recommend visiting one of the official Verizon stores over this franchise location which only seems interested in making a profit at any cost.

Went to this Verizon store at 9am 10/31/2024 asked to file a insurance claim on my phone .the person working there would not do it .He was to busy on his phone. So I drove to the washtenaw store and they had no problem helping me.

I just had one the best customer service experiences of my life! A small piece of the charger broke off and was lodged in my son’s iPhone charge port. This resulted in the phone’s inability to charge. Josh graciously spent two hours helping us. We ended up getting a new phone because the old one was beyond saving. It is rare to have someone care that much and go above and beyond expectations to help their customers. If you are looking to purchase a new cell phone or pertaining service, you’re in awesome hands with Josh and the other service providers at this location. Bravo Verizon and thank you Josh! A+++ service!

Josh at Verizon did a great job transferring us over to Verizon from att in like a record 30 minutes and the new iPhone 14 looks and works great!
