Zach may need a little more experience in professionalism. I tried to turn in my old phone the day I upgraded but they wouldn’t take it. They said I had to bring it home with the new one “just in case” and said I had 30 days to bring it back or I would be charged in full for the new one. Due to my tight time frame with traveling I wasn’t able to make it back until the end of the 30 day window. When I brought it back in he asked me to log into my Apple account. I accidentally typed my password wrong and instead of waiting for me type it in again he impatiently just created a new password without my consent. He then proceeded to wipe my old phone and said it was messed up on Apples end and I would have to travel to an Apple Store before I could turn it in. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to go to an Apple Store, get it fixed, and then go back to Verizon. I explained this to him and he said “well you had 30 days to do all of this”
After leaving frustrated and distressed that I would have to pay $1200+ for the new phone and stuck with my old phone I called Verizon’s helpline myself and they told me not to worry and that my phone was fine and to just mail it in with the label they sent me. Why was this not an option offered by Zach?
The whole situation was incredibly frustrating and I will not be going back to this location and recommend others to just go to a different store.

Edit: Victra replied to my post below asking me to email them to make things right. I did.
One day later no response.
Their reply here simply exists to make it look like they care and want to work with their customers.
They do not.
Horrible experience. Beware. They will sweet talk you with "great deals". They will provide no detailed information when asked about it. They calm your concerns with a 30 day return window (by the way they do not refund setup fees, these fees are 4x a verizon stores fees and the whole return process is setup to screw you over. They stole ~$400 dollars from my family using this process. Avoid Victra stores at all cost and I will be severing my relationship with Verizon over this as soon as economically possible.

both staff members were exceptional I appreciated them. however, The corporate loop holes made me have to stay there for 3.5 hours. You are putting these exceptional

Both Zack and Chris were very helpful. However they need more help. I was told my new phone that was ordered would take 2-5 days to arrive in the store. They would call me when it came in. When I didn’t receive a call, I called the store. It was answered by Verizon who couldn’t tell me if my phone came in. The agent sent me a couple of confusing texts that sent we to a UPS website. I called the next day and also spoke with a Verizon agent who finally was able to look up my account and see that my phone arrived at the store 3 days after it was ordered. When I went into the store my phone was sitting on the counter and they said they were too busy to call. I’m just grateful I didn’t need my phone sooner.

They lie about phone plan prices. Bill was low for the first 2 months then it shot up to $200 per month for 2 lines. Very shady business.
Update*
They sent a reply they sent to everyone else but I just decided to leave them forever! Got an unlimited plan for $15 a month!! Verizon was charging me $200 a month for the same plan!

Me and my fiancé have came to this store four times now. The service is always impeccable. Chris is an amazingly nice employee. We enjoyed having him as our sales person for both of our new phones (one Apple and one Samsung). He is super funny and we both had a really great experience joking with him and gaining our new plan! Chris was a huge help and fully explained and broke down everything we needed to know about our phones and our new plan we got. Our entire experience so far has gone smoothly. He even stayed late to help us make sure everything transferred smoothly and everything was done correctly. I highly highly highly recommend coming to this store! Great customer service and amazing people.

Do not! I repeat, DO NOT shop here, upgrade your plan here, or make any kind of changes to your account at this store. In a 54 minute time span, 2 different customers came in upset about their bill and the changes made to their account by the employees of this store. They felt misled and scammed. One woman warned me as she walked out to be careful. At this point, I had already started the upgrade process. The next day (today), I called Verizon to see what changes were made to my acct and confirm my monthly payment. Sure enough, he got me!! He lied and said my bill would only be $10 more a month. LIES, my bill went from $68 a month to $119. No exaggeration! He added the most expensive insurance plan, and instead of offering me a phone I qualified for at no additional cost, aka free...he offered me a phone I have to pay for. Even now the math isn't mathing on how my bill jumped up so high. Luckily, I can return it for a full refund (minus restocking fees of course) but I dodged a bullet. I'm not even going to mention how dismissive and unkind he was to the customers as they rationally complained and asked questions about their bills.

Be careful on what sales representative you get from Victra. Have had multiple issues them not honoring promotions that they present to you in order to trade in your phone. Have spent months trying to get this corrected per their promotion which they had in writing and they will not honor it. Instead they will waste your time acting like they are looking into it in the hopes that you forget. From what I heard from Verizon corporate after talking to them, this is a common problem with sales people and management at Victra. I would not recommend this company due to their dishonesty and lack of management.
