Beware of the “deals” there. I have a business account with 20+ lines. I was told that if I update the account I was to get a free versions business internet back up service if I paid 99.00 for the device, then the monthly service was free after a promotion. There was no ambiguity in the explanation of the deal. 99.00 for the device, 25mbs speed, unlimited data, no monthly fee. First month I was billed 109.00. Took bill to the actual store and was told it would be credited. Second month, billed another 109.00. Went back to store and again was told it would be taken care of and the manager would get involved to expedite. Month 3, another 109.00 and no resolution. After numerous phone calls and emails to the manager by our office manager, we received word back that she would take care of it but would take her a few days to get to it as she works at multiple locations. Weak response considering 3 months of over billing but ok. Never heard back and was billed 109.00 again! Finally contacted Verizon direct, canceled the service and sending the device back. Have to pay Verizon the monthly fee (prorated) until they get the device back and checked in. No additional credit given. Total scam out of over 400.00 and still no contact from store. AVOID this place!Update:Sent all information as requested in owners response. NOTHING. Seems the culture doesn’t fall far from the tree at this store. Sent equipment directly back to Verizon and hoping the billing issue ends. Will be 500.00 plus in the hole after visiting this store!Second Update:Angela the manager finally called our office only after seeing the poor review. Did not call back as a result of numerous emails, calls, and trips to the actual store to resolve. Offered an apology but not a refund. Unacceptable customer service. This story goes from bad to worse. The store should offer a refund as Verizon certainly did not.Third Update:Sent equipment back to Verizon directly. Received a $54.00 credit against the $500.00 + this cost our company. The store management has been completely silent. The response they post to negative reviews is a "canned" response with zero action. SAVE your time, effort and MONEY by not visiting any of this company's Verizon stores.7-13-23Returned equipment to Verizon under the agreement that I would not get any refunds for what I paid so far but the equipment and service fees would end once the unit was received. Just got the current monthly bill from Verizon. $300.00 charge for returned equipment. Still crickets from this store, it’s management team, or owners. The lies Nick told regarding the internet device, it’s promotion and fees have cost me nearly $1000.00 as of this update. DO NOT go to this store or any other non Verizon owned stores run by this company. Total scam,
