Bad experience using VSP. Supposedly in-network. I was there for hours and they could not sell me glasses using the insurance. They said they would call me back. I need the glasses asap. Could not be reached by phone. I also really did not like how my agent wrote my personal information on post-it notes. Hugely disappointing.

I was in and out of the store within thirty minutes, complete with an eye exam and purchasing a new set of frames. The frame selection is excellent and I saw many styles that I had never seen in any other stores - even the larger ones. Everyone was helpful and kind, especially considering how many people they assisted at once! My frames were also a very reasonable price, which is always nice. Altogether a great experience and I’m glad that I chose to come here.

While the people who work at the store on Washtenaw are really great I am LESS THAN HAPPY with the company. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, both red. I got my first pair today and it is black. Apparently if what you ORDER is OOS, they just randomly pick something else. Did I get a call?? Why no, no i did not. Could I have left them at the store. Yes. But I have not had a wearable pair of glasses in a month. Will my second pair be red? I am not holding my breath. Will they give me a discount for the wrong pair?? Probably not. Do I have a choice? Next time I order glasses I will choose differently.

Appointment place on Monday 14, 2020 after 4pm for Saturday 19, 2020 at 9:20 am Ann Arbor location. Arrive at location is closed since they open at 10 am. After few minutes later an overweight female came to the door in a demeanor way ask me what I was looking for.I mentioned my appointment and since I was aggravating her apparently told me for what? I basically told her a vision test and she proceeded to tell me imposible. I ask her if she can check my name since I may be in the wrong place she said she doesn’t know what am talking about there is no Doctor there and proceed to close the door. This female employee and the values are garbage. I wish I can give them less than 0 stars.???

December 2019, after exam my completed, I scheduled a follow-up exam at a specific day/time Dec 2020.I called to confirm my appointment and was told that there was no record of my Dec 2020 appointment. I was then told that the doctor only *recommended* that I make an appointment...which wasn't what happened at all. I was specifically asked if I'd like to reserve a follow-up appointment and I did.After telling me that the time I reserved wasn't available, the Visonworks employee told me that she would contact me by CoB to confirm if an open appointment time could found in the remaining weeks of December 2020.

What a nightmare this place has been. I visited on 8/31. When paying at the end, I used my FSA card first, knowing there was a bit of money left on it and then I planned to use my personal card for the rest. The woman swiped my card five times and said it wasn't going through, so I said forget it and gave her my credit card and it was accepted on the first swipe. Upon returning home I checked the balance of the FSA card wondering why it wouldn't work and found that I was double charged! I waited for the charge to drop off and when it didn't a week later I called to complain. I have been waiting OVER a week for the "manager" to return my call. I have called multiple times for the last two weeks and this issue has yet to be resolved. Every time I call they say the "manager" is not there. This is horrible and unacceptable. 90% of the time I call no one answers the phone, and the main 1-800 number plays hold music for 15 minutes without anyone answering that either. I will be contacting the BBB now.

Hi, I went to take a sight exam in the Ann arbor store, and the attendant confirmed to me that the plan covered the exam. Then, another person offered me extra exams at a cost of $18. After I took all the exams, she charged me $60. I tried to argue with her, but she said she couldn't do anything because the exams had already been done. I felt very bad and vision work looks like a scam.

Great customer service. Much more affordable than the big mall place I went to for decades. Very affordable and attractive eyeglasses. Good quality. The young lady who helped me was great! My prescription didn't change in the past 2 years and the doctor was honest about it. I decided on new computer glasses and prescription glasses - with insurance was 2/3 less than what I paid for an exam and to replace just the lenses in 2 frames at the other place. Would have still saved if I didn't have insurance. Also, I felt safe in the midst of COVID.

I just received my glasses in the mail, and love them! This is the first time I've had to order my prescription & frames without going into the actual store (due to mandatory stay home order). Elizabeth was an awesome help with this process, and was very friendly and patient. Thanks for you're help, and shout out to Rayne because she was a sweetheart as well. This staff gets 5 stars for customer service and efficiency!

UPDATE: I went to the store. The manager, Kelly, apologized for the inconvenience amd replaced my damaged frame with a new one. She also checked the measurements on the other pair then made some adjustments. Thank you!
