Tons of cute clothing, don't forget about the 2nd floor. Everything is very expensive but if you're looking for that 1 thing no one has and you want to look great...go there. Someone was playing the piano very well, made it all seem so classy. The ladies love to help you find what you're looking for. Very friendly.

WARNING FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR!My mom and brother went to do some Mother’s Day browsing/shopping. They weren’t receiving any assistance in fragrance. After 15 mins of associates ignoring them, walking away, four associates came out to watch and follow my family during their shopping experience. My mom felt so disrespected and uncomfortable she COULD NOT enjoy picking out a MOTHERS DAY GIFT! She said “In the 20 years of shopping here I never thought I’d see the day that there were more people following and intimidating her than any other shopping trip or Black Friday sale.”Then an associate suggested they check out another store because Vonmaur fragrance is too far out of their budget.POC be careful how you move around in this store, who knows one wrong move in here and you could loose your life. I know that this store will carry on with no consequences but be mindful of one’s experience.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at, when I shop. I love their classic customer service every visit! Top Notch service makes a difference to the overall experience.Today, Pam helped me select new perfume and a cologne gift. She was outstanding; especially on a day when I truly needed someone's input on decision making. Pam was patient, polite, and professional. She kept making positive suggestions and was extremely nice. Thanks Pam for helpig me find new scents and for your excellent assistance today! It's extra appreciated bc I was extremely exhausted and not my normal bubbly self. I truly needed help selecting perfume. I went in to buy one of my all time faves; after finding out the store no longer carries Angel I was able to find something new! Perfect timing!

If you have a gentlemen who needs some clothing and consideration shipping worse than a root canal, go see Greg in the men's wear department. He's the best! In and out in 15 minutes with jacket, pants, and shirt.

Von Maur almost always have exactly what I didn’t know I wanted and what I need at reasonable prices with a great staff who are always willing to give me the best possible service and advice. My favorite department store.☺️

This is the best store around here, hands down. The buyers are talented, the help is "helpful" . All in all a great experience. Also, they have chairs down by the piano where my husband can sit and relax while I shop to my heart's content.

Super nice. I went here to buy a leather belt, and a super nice elderly gentleman helped me how to buy a belt for the suit. He was kind, honest and sincere to help a person who prepared for first conference like me, and I could buy what I needed (Super nice Italian Leather belt). If I have a chance to visit at Briarwood mall, I would visit here again and buy a suit, jacket or something I need for future. Much better than Macy's.

I loved the set up, the store was very clean, and the staff was super friendly! In the past I always viewed Von Maur as a store for older people, but found a super cute sweater for the bachelorette party I'm going to. Very excited about my purchase!
