Long wait for vaccines even if you have an appointment and there's no one else there . ie Sunday morning . Tried x 2. Recommend trying somewhere else unless time is not an issue

With some of the drug shortages, I called to see if they had a specific RX drug in stock so my doctor could send the prescription order to them. I was told they can’t give out that information. What? So trying to find availability of a product has now become like Russian roulette. Send over a script to a phamacy and then wait to see if they have it in stock.

The Pharmacy at Walgreens on Jackson Rd is incompetent and is a staffed by incompetent employees. I schedule a vaccine appointment a week ahead of time. I received a text and email confirming my appointment and filled out the paperwork ahead of time. I never received a text, phone call, or email telling me that they had run out of the vaccine and to schedule my appointment. I drove across the county to get to the appointment only to find all of this out. They had no way to reschedule me, no documentation of any attempts to contact me, but lied that they had called "everyone" that same morning. Do not trust them! They are incompetent. In the past I have always used CVS and have never had anything like this. I decided to go back to schedule my vaccinations with them. It was a much smoother and easier process and was again this time. The employees in the pharmacy are also much more professional.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE!!! The pharmacy is always out of stock with common meds like epipens and inhalers. Also, they close from 1:30-2:00 every day. I definitely feel the staff deserve a lunch period, but to completely close the pharmacy is very frustrating to customers. This was my THIRD time back to get my sons epipens and asthma meds because they have been out of stock for weeks only to find out they are closed from 1:30-2:00, and now we have to wait thirty minutes to get them. NEVER GETTING PRESCRIPTIONS HERE AGAIN!

Waiting time more than 40 minutes to get a flu shot. Really disappointed for the first time experience with this pharmacy. Do not come.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. You'll sit on hold for over an hour (I've done it twice today), only to finally get the line answered. Then they'll say "we're busy, keep holding or call back." Then it'll go to music again. The phone rings out to them by default after you've been on hold for too long, and if they get tired of ignoring the ringing, they just hang up. Then, you're sent back to the end of the cue. I had a prescription on hold and finally talked with someone. They said it'd be ready to pick up later and I should come in. When I got there, it wasn't and they said I should try calling again because they were swamped. Absurd.

They have an absolutely wonderful pharmacist named Al! He gives fantastic, personal, knowledgeable and caring service from a bygone era!

Every time I have used this pharmacy it has taken at least THREE tries for them to be able to successfully and correctly fill the simplest prescription. It is a standard of incompetence that is truly breathtaking. Everything from the basics of using insurance to actually filling a prescription seems to be entirely beyond what they're capable of doing.

Al and one pharmacy tech are top notch. That's about it. I've been going there for years and kept giving them chances, as Al would always solve the problems which stemmed from a lack of quality service from other staff there. As of yesterday evening I found a new pharmacy. Each month, unless Al assisted me, I would be given a difficult time with a medication. I would then contact my insurance and Al, and both confirmed that what I was told by other pharmacy staff was simply untrue. I strongly advice anyone who uses this pharmacy to only discuss any needs and/or questions directly with Al only. So long Walgreens Pharmacy. I really hope staff are better trained.

Shout out to all the pharmacists and staff people keeping this location going. I'm on a monthly medication and despite everything going on they've been able to keep on top of filling it, even when a dosage needed an increase and they needed to communicate with my doctor's office. It's a relief to know that they're there working bravely and diligently to keep people healthy and safe. Drive thru is also a bonus because it keeps contact to a minimum. Excellent all around.

I took a chance based on the negative reviews with this Walgreens. And more so because of desperate reasons. My normal pharmacy did not have medication in stock, so that's why I ended up here. Bad choice. The pharmacist with the India accent was extremely rude. Like making up her own rules and policies. I worked in the healthcare for 17 years, and I know a thing or 2 about medications and rules and regulations. She also put me on hold at least 4-5 times. And wash time she answered, she asked the same stupid question "Can I help you"? Yes, you can for the same reason and answer I gave you the first time. Guys, do yourself a favor. Drive the extra few miles to a diff pharmacy. It's not worth it

The wait times are outrageous. I had to wait 30 minutes in line to receive my prescription. I don't know if they are short staffed, but it wasn't like this until about 6 months ago when I started having to wait longer and longer to get my prescriptions.
