Iv been a regular customer at this location for years now. As soon as I walked in, an employee named Lou stood behind me closely staring at me. Lou Came up to me a couple times with a disrespectful tone when I was just trying to look at beauty products. I went further down the aisle away from her to look at more items and she cut me off and stood in front of what I was trying to buy. No manners. very unwelcoming and rude employee.

Every single time, they are late with scripts. Every time. They send messages that it is done, and then they tell you they don't have it. It's terrible.
Once again, here we are, and nothing has changed. We waited for our medication for 30 minutes.
I finally called corporate, to put in a formal complaint. I was called and told my child's medication was ready. Despite it being a common medication they never have it in stock, so it is only 5 pills, and I have to come back. Then I get in line, as everyone says, 20 minute wait. I get there and he tells me to come in, because it isn't ready. He tells me it will take ten minutes, I just waited 15 for the car in front of me. Why do I have to come in. I told him no, I have issues with ny ankle. I am not coming in. He rolls his eyes and comes back and tells me to pull around and get behind three cars. I said absolutely not. I have already waited 15 minutes, you told me it eas ready yesterday. I am not waiting 30 minutes. I finally get the medication, and he leaves my card and id just sitting there! Not under the bar, not in the bag. Just sitting there! WTH
I called corporate, next step is the regulatory agency.

I've been a customer here for about 7 years. High employee turnover and the pharmacy employees were awesome so not sure where the problem is? Tried 3 times this week to pick up my prescriptions at drive thru. Always 7-11 vehicles in line. Please HIRE some people and keep them!

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They definitely don’t greet you, they will after a million reviews but it’s just ridiculous. And it’s every time unless the young man with the locs is working!

Twice Lou helped me find a product here which was challenging due to their being only one of each of the OTC items left. Lou knows her stock and is so pleasant in her going out of her way to be helpful. Great customer service at the Ann Arbor Walgreens at Huron and Washtenaw

My prescription has been processing for the last two days. I called today And was told to call back at around 3:00 PM. I called around 3:45 PM. The automated service is down and the phone lines are down.
Heading into to a third day. Why? 🤷

A store with great variety, quality, and prices. As a tourist, I felt special and touched when Lou (at the counter) kindly helped us with our list and discounts. Thank you Lou!

We get text saying it’s ready but when I go there 6 hours later, it’s not ready at all and they start filling it after I went to pick it up, it happened two days in a row.

Do not recommend! Takes at least 20 minutes to get meds. Every time I go there they say they don’t have a certain one of my prescriptions in stock but it’s actually because they didn’t check the fine print to see that it’s a slightly different kind. There has not been a single time I have gone to pick up my medication in which there wasn’t a problem or significant delay

You better pack a lunch if you go through the drive through.
They have no regard for the customers and if you are in line with cars behind you ..you are stuck! I have waited as long as 25 min with only 2 cars ahead of me. Close the drive through if you can't staff it!!!

If you have served your time and waited respectfully in Que for 30 minutes to be told to come in an hour for your drugs When you come back their should be a fast track and recognition of time served. I waited over an hour second time. This service is unacceptable. Whatever happened to customer Service at this location. Been coming here for 20 years.

Do NOT use this pharmacy! We've never had a single prescription come through here without it being riddled with problems. They frequently don't have medication ready when they say they do, and their automated text system rarely actually notifies us when a medication is ready for pickup. Most recently, my wife went to pick up her medication, and the pharmacy had no record of it, despite the fact that she'd been picking it up every month for over six months. This is the last straw and we will be finding a new pharmacy.

Always super slow, for seemingly no reason. Frequently have to come in multiple times because I don’t have the time to wait 20-30 minutes with one person in line before me.
