This review is for the pharmacy. It seems to be a 50/50 chance whether your prescription gets filled or not once your doc calls it in. Half the time I get a text/call/email saying it's ready the day after I know they received it, and the other half I have to try to contact them a week after (which is a nightmare whether you do it online or over the phone, make sure you set aside some time) and then they'll fill it once I've asked for the status. My doc and I have yet to figure out how to get them to just fill it immediately. Everyone there is polite though, so 2 stars.

terrible pharmacy experience. Waited over FIVE HOURS for my prescription to be filled, tried to call but their answering machine is GOD AWFUL can't talk to a person at all. Was finally so fed up with my back pain I went in for them to tell me "it'll be ready in another 20 minutes" and after 20 minutes go by I get a call saying I have to go to a completely different location and I won't be able to get all my meds until tomorrow. The average time it takes to fill a prescription is 1.5 hours it's absolutely ridiculous to have to wait over 3x that amount just to be told I'm screwed for the night.

Stores good, pharmacy is abnormally terrible. I go through the same chaos every month for the same medications I’ve had being filled at this location every month for the last 5 years. Every month it’s something. My auto refill doesn’t refill the scripts, someone turned it off, they aren’t in stock, try somewhere else. For medications that aren’t controlled substances, that are here to keep me alive it’s just an insane burden. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible place to get a prescription, i get a text saying my script is ready for pickup, i go to the store 2 days later, wait in line for an hour. They tell me it’s not ready, so i wait 30 more minutes then he makes me get back in line.

They are the WORST about answering phones and they take wayyyy longer than any Walgreens I’ve ever used. Generally I love Walgreens but this store needs a better system. The pharmacist told me it was on me to ask my doctors office for a prior authorization and LET THEM KNOW when it’s gone through. I’ve been on hold for 3 HOURS trying to let them know that the prior authorization has gone through. I am so angry I feel like screaming!!!

Was in the drive thru at 8 pm to pick up some meds. Rang the buzzer twice while watching employees inside walking around. Sign on window said that medication could not be dispensed since the pharmacist was not on duty, although they close at 9. I parked and went inside to find no customers there and none waiting. Curtis explained that “they” told him to close the drive thru window to accommodate patients getting vaccinated; again, not one person was there. I told him that he could have simply acknowledged me and asked me to come inside the store instead of ignoring me for more than 10 minutes. Super unprofessional and rude.

The worst run pharmacy. They put you on hold for an eternity that is of they don't hang up on you. I drove in to the store and had the manager go with me to the pharmacy. Nothing was done. I was still on the phone as I stood there. Watching them put me on hold. Never go to Walgreens.

Made an appointment here for a Covid vaccination. I had a 6 PM appointment on a Friday. I probably should have known it would be a busy time, but hey, I had an appointment right? I got there a few minutes before my appointment and checked instood with about 8 other people at the pharmacy. About 20 minutes after six I was called back the vaccination was quick and painless. No one requested that I stay so I left the pharmacy. So what I go there to shop for your normal pharmacy items, yes, when I go there for a vaccination probably but I might be more selective on the time that I chose.

pharmacy: desperately needs to hire more people. i must say the pharmacist helped me beyond what anyone would have expected. she was able to sort out, speak to my dr, fill the script appropriately, check my insurance and is kind, relatable, and on and on. i wish i could remember her name. she did tell me she was from India so maybe that will help to give her the kudos she deserves.

I love this store. I have had no bad experience here for years. The atmosphere in the store is comfortable. It is quite a decent store in the community. I drop by here from time to time.

They do not answer the phone—get u through the menu only to cut off the call. Tough to check on status of new prescriptions. So, they can have a store full of people waiting in person.

I normally don’t write reviews for convenient stores, but seeing all the bad reviews I wanted to add my review. My experience was very good, what to expect from a nice convenient store. Pharmacist was very kind and inviting, and quick to give my prescription med and helpful. The store itself is good too and the cashiers are nice and kind as well.

Don’t ever use this pharmacy—LONG wait times despite meds being sent over in advance. Have had a good experience at other locations with both staff and quick turnaround. But this place is a hot mess.

I didn’t catch their name but whoever was working cashier in the front on 06/27/23 around 7:30pm is possibly the nicest cashier I’ve ever interacted with. Very quick as well.

Pharmacy techs keep you waiting and waiting and if there is any issue at all, they are extremely unhelpful. Surprisingly the Ypsi Walgreen pharmacy never has these problems. I was so sorry the doctor sent it to this store by accident. I will never come back here.
