Wheelchair seating has provided poor service to my disabled sister over the years. Lack of knowledge for chair function and continued call backs from service. Two different brake systems over 3 to 4 years.

The black young lady at the window on 04/8/26 is very rude she slammed the window on myself and my client and said oh lord like that was unprofessional for no reason and had my client questioning if she did something wrong. Customer service should be better. I hope the higher ups see this.
