Really solid personal training. I moved recently from California and wanted to keep up with my fitness routine of weight training twice a week. I also have an old injury that I've sustained for several years. Although I've had a few flare ups, it's been massively reduced. I work primarily with Ben, but have also worked with Lucy and Christian and Anmar. They all knew how to work around my specific injury and support my recovery. The trainers are so knowledgeable and embrace fitness in all aspects of their life. Amy, for example, works with pro athletes in the NFL and each of them has a soli understanding of anatomy. Anmar trained in dance and gymnastic to improve his footwork on the soccer field. Ben plays ultimate frisbee and rugby. They're also just wonderful people! Highly recommend Wildly Fit!

Excellent staff, clean space, and ample equipment. My partner and I trained here for several months before we moved and we will miss the expertise and camaraderie greatly. Special thanks to trainers Ben and Bella for all of their preparation to have workouts ready for us when we arrived (and motivation to get through them!) and Luci for making sure our appointments were scheduled with absolutely zero surprise billing. Fantastic experience all around - highly, highly recommend.

One of the best private gyms for personal training in Ann Arbor! Very organized and easy to book sessions compared to other gyms I’ve tried locally for personal training. All the trainings are really welcoming to all levels of fitness and are always open to adjusting your sessions to accolade any new fitness goals you might have.I did wish they had more times available for the group fitness classes, but I understand with Covid, planning for these are difficult.

My family and I moved to Ann Arbor 6 years ago and we have all benefited from Wildly Fit's fitness expertise. The trainers determine our goals and monitor whether we are meeting them. With consistent work we have all made much progress. Perhaps more importantly, we have fun working out and have embraced a healthier lifestyle. For our 20-something kids who live outside of Michigan, one of their favorite activities while visiting is to go to a Wildly Fit boot camp. Also, the trainers have worked together to create and implement therapy plans for nagging ailments for myself and for one of our kids who has an injury that has been slow to resolve. Instead of postponing exercise while recovering, they have introduced healthy work outs to support recovery -- all with a can-do, upbeat attitude. The trainers are all terrific. I mainly schedule personal training sessions with Christian and Lauren. I have also enjoyed classes with Josh, who always taps that last bit of energy and Lucy who has introduced new exercises and stretching techniques. Our daughter has worked with Amy to develop an excellent and effective written plan for injury recovery.

A great place, with knowledgeable staff offering group classes or one-on-one personal training. Personal training is tailored to your needs and your goals. I’ve worked with some of their staff for many years and always gotten results and never been disappointed.

I thought I was getting enough on my own utilizing the gym at work. Wildly Fit is opening up new ways that I think about fitness and challenging me to meet my own personal fitness goals. I love that everyone knows each other and is so personable. They listen and tailor workouts to my needs and goals. It has been a fun process, and I look forward to continuing the journey. I’m so glad I stumbled upon Wildly Fit last summer (thanks to the distillery!). This is the first time I’ve enjoyed, and even looked forward to, going to group classes. I love the small class sizes, the fact that everyone knows each others’ names, the fun energy, the friendly trainers, and of course, the great workout I get every time I go.
