Absolutely the worst experience I've had the pleasure of engaging with. Had an issue setting up the service where the address was wrong when we first started setting up.
And nobody at this store even tried with any effort to do the simple task of correcting the address.
Do not recommend this store for anything regarding service. They will not put the effort in to help you.

Editing my review because I was scammed. The price I was told for monthly payment was not nearly what Xfinity is charging me. I called Xfinity and talked to the customer service representative and told her about my conversation and agreement with the person working in the store. After waiting on hold for 34 minutes she gave me the price I was offered. DO NOT TRUST THE STORE WORKERS. THEY LIE TO GET A SALE. I was searching new wireless companies while I was on hold. If they wouldn’t have given me the price I was told I would have changed service providers tonight. The person that assisted me really needs to be fired for scamming people.
I just went into the store as a walk-in. There were a lot of workers available. I told them what iPhone I had and was just wondering about pricing for a new one. I wasn’t planning to get a new one yesterday unless it was a good deal for me. The worker said I had to update my plan to get the promotional pricing. So we went over the costs. My plan is so old, I was paying more than “upgrading” costs. I also got a really good amount for turning in my old iPhone. I use my phone for work so I have to keep it up to date. I didn’t get the name of the employee that worked so patiently, answering my millions of questions. But I know I can always go ask him anything if I need help in the future. Thank you for your service!

The store manager Ian has been incredibly helpful and professional both times I've been in the store; Mimi was very professional as well and when she needed the manager to solve an issue I had with a purchase return and an online representative who told me one thing, but I was billed differently, Ian was able to quickly resolve things for me beyond my satisfaction. It changed my outlook immediately. Great job folks!

The lady had no clue what she was talking about, first saying this was regular price, then saying I owed two months of services, and finally realized that I just passed the contract period and the price nearly doubled. How was this simple issue took so long to figure out?

Was having a tough time getting wifi service for my apartment, and Leslie went above and beyond to get me connected, and to help me get connected to a deal for a free phone line, too. My phone wasn't eligible for the promotion, but she worked with her manager to make sure I could still get connected. Have had some very frustrating experiences getting phone/internet in the past, and everyone there instead worked their hardest to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting, and didn't sign up for anything I didn't want. Very grateful for their patience and professionalism!

Edit to add: I was unable to get anywhere using the link below lmao. Just reinforcing that Xfinity is the absolute worst company to purchase wifi from. I am sorry to the people who work at this store, I’m sure you’re lovely people, but the company you work for is atrocious. At one point I was being charged $100/month for inconsistent internet service and had to agree to receiving a “Flex” in order to get my monthly bill down to $65. I cancelled my internet service on June 21st and returned my Flex device because I was moving out of state. I was told that would be it, I had successfully cancelled and made the return. On July 7th, I get a text letting me know that my payment of $65 had processed. I spent an hour on text support making sure that that payment would be reversed because I had cancelled my Internet more than two weeks before. I was assured that I didn’t need to worry and it would be refunded right away. This morning (7/8) I got a text confirming cancellation of my service and that I would need to return some equipment. I spent another hour on text support attempting to verify that the Flex has been returned and I would not be charged for a device that I had returned to this store over two weeks ago. I was told to call advanced support to get actual verification. After spending many minutes arguing with the automated system, I finally was able to speak with someone who then told me that my next bill IN AUGUST would be refunded ON AUGUST 1st. I could not get clarification on why AUGUST when I cancelled my service IN JUNE and was erroneously charged - robbed - IN JULY. Oh, and I still don’t have concrete proof that they have the flex device recorded as being returned and that I won’t be charged for it. Absolutely horrific. I hope and pray that I will NEVER have to work with Xfinity again.

I am coming off what has been one of the worst ordeals of my life. And this location has personal Heroes that offer me a fabulous solution. Last week I was mugged. Literally attacked by five young men in an area outside of Michigan. I had to get stitches in the hospital and my phone was ruined. The carrier that I will not mention here other than to say that their initial is something that you would drink. Tea. They were appalling with how they treated me. They could find no solution. They promised a solution but when it came time to act they did not fulfill. I won't go through all the details but have insurance with that company and then they do not provided and then tell you they can't ship you a new phone because they have to be able to text you on the phone to get into my building and the phone doesn't work so they're not going to be able to text me. Enter Xfinity. On top of this I get rather confused easily because I have brain cancer and I'm an elderly senior citizen. Ethan at the front desk checked me in and I apologize because he was extremely courteous and helpful and I had been awake for over 48 hours and I was exhausted and I became impatient. He was wonderful. I eventually met with my service agent Blake. Now this man went beyond on the call of duty. No matter what his job description is he super excited it. He was more patient than anybody I have met. Graceful informative and helped me with every step of the way offering constant encouragement because of my recent disappointment and so many circumstances that have totally interrupted my serenity. I will be forever grateful to these people and also to Leslie who was not my agent but at one point heard some of my confusion and she offered her assistance. They all did such a good thing helping me. I was at my wit's end. I'm still not completely over what happened to me but today my faith has been restored in the goodness of people. Thanks again everybody. God bless

The Assistant Manager here Stephanie makes this a less horrible place to visit. I even forgot it was an evil oligopoly that doesn't care at all about you as a customer. Stephanie took great care of me and got me in and out quick, thanks so much!

Deplorable service. Cannot talk with a person. Not dealing with the stupid virtual assistant. You get no where. Will be eliminating some services. And I don’t want to be asked why. Worst customer service ever. Actually there is none.
