Deplorable service. Cannot talk with a person. Not dealing with the stupid virtual assistant. You get no where. Will be eliminating some services. And I don’t want to be asked why. Worst customer service ever. Actually there is none.

I went to the Ann Arbor office because I had Issues with the Canton office. The staff at the Ann Arbor location were very welcoming. I had the privilege of working with Blake. Blake listened to me was very understanding of my situation. I appreciate his help more than he realizes. There was another gentleman who worked with him, but did not get his name. I appreciate him as well. The two of them word hard to try to resolve my issue.

Trying to get to a real human Tech support, for complex issues, is a nightmare. They really really want to push you into the 'virtual assistant' nonsense.

Xfinity has chosen not to apply my government approved ACP credit of $30 per month for the internet. My bill is supposed to be $0, instead they keep taking $30 out of my bank account which is against the law.

Didn't give me the entire self Start kit. Had to go back multiple times. Can't call their store you just get a stupid robot that will never give you a live agent. Horrible experience. Thanks for making me hate you guys before the internet is even connected

I lived in Ann Arbor and used Comcast for 5 years, and I can confidently say they are the most unscrupulous, conniving company that I've had the displeasure to deal with. They refused to honor my cancellation request after I moved away, and continued to charge me after I cancelled. They even tried to call me after I cancelled (presumably to try and convince me not to cancel), and after I got in touch with an agent who promised me that he would fix the issue and reimburse me, Comcast of course did not honor the promise. I then disputed the charge with my credit card, and won, to which Comcast responded by sending a debt collector after me to tank my credit score. Now I'll likely have to take this to court to rescue my credit score. I've already filed an FCC complaint, and I encourage others to save themselves the hassle and avoid Comcast at all costs.

Horrible service can't reach people if you do can't understand them and vice versa. App doesn't work properly.
