Its not hard to change your hours on Google to reflect when you are actually open. I have had to do it in the past.

Don't understand why they're closed at 6 pm when hours that are posted at store are 8pm close. Drove 2 hours to pick up an item. Driving home empty handed and disappointed. Contact info only disclosed store hours and no way to leave a message. Stick to hours posted.

I love the Zales in briarwood mall, Katia has always gone to above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. She even helped me personalize my wedding ring, she is very sweet and nice and so helpful. I will 100% always recommend everyone to come here, and recommend her!

My boyfriend took my necklace chain in to get it 2inches shorter, they said they would call when it was ready, LEFT OUT the part where it was going to get shipped out. So he went back in about 2 hours later and told him it was going to take 2 - 3 weeks. So after I got out of work I called them and told them I was going to come pick it up. He told me it was still there, then called my boyfriend right after and told me it got shipped out 30 minutes ago. Very poor communication and they don’t give out any information to the customer about what they’re doing!! 0/5 stars. Hands down. Very disappointed in the whole thing.

Unfriendly service - assured us multiple times that a temporary alteration to my engagement ring wouldn’t scratch the band and it did scratch it quite severely. Really unimpressed. I have photos if needed.
