We have the monthly pass and went through yesterday and this evening and the right side of the vehicle was not clean. When attempting to call the office no one answered after three attempts.

Love it.... for $29.95/month my car is always clean outside and inside. Unbelievable service... can't say enough. Just upgraded to Platinum Wash fo $5 extra and I love it.... the new vacuum system for interior of the cars is very nice..

Excellent auto wash. Great customer service. The wash was fantastic compared to many car washes I have been to in the past. Purchasing a fast pass was the best way to go. Free vacuums, air guns, free towels to use, etc. I will continue to go to Zippy before I go anywhere else.

I just visited the Zippy on Ellsworth Rd Ann Arbor, while I was going through I heard a loud snap noise 2 times. I got about a half mile away and stopped along Varsity Dr to get out and look. I found the carwash had ripped my rear wiper completely off. My car was pristine before Zippy damaged it. 2022 Explorer with only 17K miles. This site won't allow me to post zero stars.

Free Vacuum service at locaion, several car wash plans, usually no wait on line, staff behavior is great.

The location is convenient. It's not so busy most of the times. However, it's pricy for the services they provide. I opted for Gold service but got the basic car wash.
Car wash was also not so good as a lot of places in car were not cleaned properly by the automatic machine. I had to put another 45 minutes at my home to clean my car.
It is recommended if your car has normal rain drops etc but it has insects then better clean by yourself because paying $15/- will disappoint you.

I would give this place a five star but if you don’t buy the top wash, there’s soap all over your vehicle that doesn’t rinse off. When you advise the manager, they say you need to buy the most expensive wash. I expect my car to be rinsed thoroughly no matter what wash I buy.

Long time user. Lane for members should say "only". Wash quality is poor. They used to spray windshield and both sides of car but now barely one side. Leaves heavy dirt to be scratched during the wash or added to following car. Leaves back of soapy and wet. Wish there was somewhere else with multiple locations and monthly plan. Bugs on windshield mostly not removed

I went in as a first time customer to buy a fast pass and the manager interrupted the employee I was working with and claimed he had seen my car before and so would not give me the rate. Upon my stating that I had never been there before they checked for my name and phone number in the system and I was of course not listed because I have never bought a pass there before. However, the manager was incredibly rude to me and refused to give me the pass for the $1 for first month deal they have posted everywhere. I am seriously disappointed in their service and I will certainly not be going there again. This is terrible customer service and quite unprofessional.

I have a subscription with them but I don't like that they don't scrub the windshield of the car... I still have the bird poop stains and they are still there, you should pay attention to that
