Went through on a Premium Wash with usual road salt everywhere. They were really running a lot of cars through with narrow spacings. The machine did not print a receipt, so I went through anyway. Results were not impressive at all, most of the ice and salt was still in all wheel wells but the car body looked reasonably clean. Couldn't go back through as I had no receipt. Called the office and only got voicemail. Understandably it was probably all hands on deck for them with such a busy wash day. But can't give more than 3 stars.

I had a monthly pass and went to this location this morning. The young girl literally screamed at me to pull forward, not paying any attention to the alignment of my tires. I finished my wash, went into the office and canceled my monthly pass. I will utilize another car wash in the area.

Does a decent job of getting my car clean, but it's pretty rough on the vehicle to the point where it cracked my windshield this last visit.

I like this place a lot, it's a pretty good clean, fast and efficient.
But my issue is that I absolutely hate how close they let the car behind you get. I have to firmly step on the brake in order to put my car back in park. Just stressful. I wish a lot more space between cars.

Thry don't even spray off the dirt when you go through. I have to go through 4-5times and my car is still dirty...

The one on Jackson Rd. Ann Arbor, they don't rinse the other side of your vehicle while your car is entering the car wash like the Saline one. So my car still has dirt on it.

This is a common thread among reviews. They only have one person spraying off the driver side and poorly at that. Wheel wells and running boards are still packed with mud after multiple trips through. The employees don’t care. All they want to do is ram cars through as fast as possible with as little effort as possible. I really wish they would fix it but with all these reviews saying the same thing it would appear the owners don’t care either.
