“I bought tires for my 2003 SC430 Lexus a year or so ago & when I noticed a slow leak in one of the tires I took the car in. Now, you may wonder why I bought tires from a dealer- it's because I knew I could trust this dealership! And that's a huge deal!
SOI took the car in and they fixed the leak and also gave me some good advice - which I plan to follow!

“One of the nicest places and tire shops around. They went above and beyond to find a low profile matching tire for my wife's Civic Si that got damaged on the trip up north on I-80 last year. They had the exact tire the next day, installed it, and it was all at a very fair price. If I ever have any tire issues again while up north, this is the place that I will always go to.”

“I got my car aligned there and it went great. They gave me a paper showing a graph of exactly where my car should have been and where it was. it was in the green acceptable zone. I have never got anything like that before it was pretty cool and I would definitely go there again!”
“We unfortunately locked ourselves out of our Class C at night. Other campers in the RV park knew a very experienced tech who worked at Vacation Trailer sales and contacted him, at home, for help. The employee looked through the keys he had with him but did not find the ones needed for our rig. The employee went to work early the next morning and searched through more keys and found some he thought might work. He showed up at the campgrounds the following morning, even though we had never actually talked to him, and was able to open our rig with one of the keys! What a great human being! His kind actions allowed us to continue our vacation. The whole unfortunate incident reminded us that people are good and kind and will look for each other.”

“We drove over 3 hours to get to Benzonia to visit family and noticed our truck was making a funny noise. Dropped our camper off and arrived 15 minutes before closing time to have someone look and see what may be wrong. They diagnosed it as a wheel bearing that was bad. They stayed 1hour over closing time to take care of our problem for us as we were only here for the weekend and had our son with us. Thank goodness nothing happened to us driving and they were so kind to help us out. I highly recommend them, they were very polite and professional!!”
