Read the reviews because the web site doesn't state that there not open to the public, just a faded sign on the fence. But very nice people. I ended giving them my scrap. I'd rather give it to Armada Recycling than get ripped off by Richmond Recycling.

The sign on the fence states clearly "Not open to the public". They're very amiable. But I'm thinking you have to set up an account with them, and have recurring loads coming in.
