Sarah and her staff were great. They helped me back to where I can do my daily task with out pain. I'm just working at home to build up my strength. I have to say I really do miss the messages and heat treatment after my stretches. I highly recommend them 😊

Came to Plymouth after having a dislocated left shoulder. Couldn't raise my left arm shoulder high or lift much weight. Now after therapy I have gained all of my mobility. I started golfing memorial weekend, which is what I wanted and Plymouth worked towards my goal. A major plus was the flexibility of appointments.
