Package and mail being stolen because mail person refuses to close mailbox lid

My credit card statement was mailed out on December 9 and I didn't receive it until January 2.Nobody at this facility had any explanation, nor did they even seem to care! The cost of postal service continues to go up and the service just gets worse!

The staff is very efficient and helpful. I bring in large quantities of mail at a time and they are always very kind. The most friendly staff you will ever find!
