I went there when they first opened I haven't been there since. Do you know alligators do climb fences? I would reinforce that wire fencing with something else just to be safe. I've seen videos of have alligators living in Florida and nothing stops them from climbing a fence.

The staff at the sanctuary were wonderful with our homeschooling group! They were very kind, informative, and fun! We got to see the animals up close and personal while being kept safe. It was one of the most unique experiences we've ever had and my boys will remember it for many years to come. I highly recommend to visit!

A gator sanctuary in Michigan sounds random as heck but we had so much fun here! Everyone from my 10 year old to my unamused-by-most-things husband really enjoyed our tour today!
