“I called in from out of state, trying to make a payment on my AAACU credit card (from an non-AAACU account) as I realized I was on the last day of the 10 day grace period. Ann, from the call center, took my call. I couldn't have been more pleased and grateful for her! She assured me that she would get me taken care of so that I wouldn't receive any kind of late fee, while offering me the information to make quick payments in other ways (such as taking a photo of my non-AAACU check and sending it in through the AAACU app). She was upfront in explaining that paying over the phone from a debit card would have a fee while paying over the phone with a checking account and routing number would not. But it was her patience, the clarity with which she spoke, and how she interacted with me that made me feel that she genuinely cared and wanted to help that really impressed me. Thank you!!!”
