Tom at the friend desk was so kind and was great at communication and keeping us in the loop. “I was visiting Houghton back in Feb 2025 and the power steering went out on my truck. the staff helped with diagnostic and offering tools once we found the problem. Once had new clamps and a refill of steering fluid the trucks power steering was back and doing fine. And it hasn't had problem with it since.
An easy fix but when a few hundred miles from home an easily fixed problem is still very stressful. Thank you Gentlemen for all your help.”
