Amazing people ben and Lisa and all the techs are super friendly and kind and will go above and beyond to take care of you I usually work on my stuff myself but if I do not have the correct tools or run into something I dont know how to do I never hesitate to bring my cars to them its almost an hour drive for me to get to their shop and I refuse to go anywhere else they're great people and they run a great business

I've had the same problems going on with my vehicles when I asked for the remaining balance of my money they said that they done extra work to my vehicles which was never done do not recommend

I took our truck there as it needed a new motor. We don’t drive it much in the summer so didn’t use the ac. On our way to Florida got into Tennessee, turned the air on and no ac. Took it to our mechanic we use in Florida and he found the wire that goes to the low end of the unit was broken or cut. He said either when the old motor was removed or when the new one was put in. He discovered the plug was not in it. Also he said did the mechanic say anything about motor mounts.. you always put new ones in when you put a new motor in. We had to buy a new ac unit (800.00) Ben wouldn’t stand behind there mistake. All he kept saying was we should have brought it back to him. Kinda hard when we were already half way to Florida. This year the truck started missing. Took to our mechanic for new spark plugs and wires. A 2 hr. job took him a day in a half, said he never saw this ever. The spark plugs were in so tight everyone of them snapped off like a pretzel. He had to drill everyone of them out of the block. Cost us another $600. He only added 1 extra hr of labor. He could have charged us a lot more. So glad he didn’t. He’s a super guy. I will never take any of my vehicles to Northern Automotive again!!!

Had a screw in my tire. Fixed it same day, removed my spare and put my tire back on. Very reasonable and the staff was great .
