I called trying to set up a account as I'm fed up with my bank, I have a large sum of money I wanted information on interest rates, can't even pick up the phone you just hear a computer menu for existing customers. I kinda expected that after reading all the negative reviews. your money is safer in a shoe box.

Northland credit union in AuGres has got to be THE WORST credit union around. They never know whats going on, its one mistake after another. I get mistakes happen but not every single time. And a few of their tellers are clueless & rude!!
