ABF (ArcBest) is the worst LTL carrier out there, Prices are cheap but you get exactly what you pay for. Pick ups are never on time, often 3-4 days late and they treat your cargo like garbage. Pay a few bucks more and go with anyone but ABF.

Delivery had to be rescheduled a couple times but I understand the circumstances. Big thanks to Jeff Dodge the delivery driver who ended up getting it done! He is a skilled driver and was very nice during the delivery process.

As a driver/dock worker, I can attest that It's a great place to work with good pay and benefits. Everyone works hard and keeps to high standards in order to get freight where it's intended, without damages. It's a safe environment. Our customers are number 1 to us.

I moved via UPack which used ABF. I cannot say enough nice things about the employee, Roger, who delivered my items. He was so kind and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

They lack decent communication. If they are “too busy” then forget getting any sort of response. Called me to set up my delivery only to find out they didn’t even have my shipment. They do whatever they want regardless if it works for you or not. All office people are rude and don’t care that you have to make time to bring your item from the bottom of your driveway…. Because that’s where they leave it.

Was charged 400$My wife stays home with kids all day.Driver would not deliver. Said nobody was home. Talked with them, the actual wanted us to rent a truck, meet on a road, and move the package onto the rented truck.

This is by far the worst experience I have encountered. They have told me that they have to postpone the arrival date after the date has already passed multiple times. When I asked if I could receive updates on my shipment I am treated poorly. I looked at other review sites on ABF and there are countless stories that are similar to mine and I am shocked that they can keep up with this terrible service.

I had placed an order for a treadmill. I received a voicemail from this company yesterday stating my treadmill was ready to be delivered. Upon returning the call, I was immediately asked, "Do you have a way to get the treadmill off the truck? It weighs 234 pounds."

DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING !!! Some of our things were broke when it came to our destination, the trailer was professional packed at our end. Put in a claim and they blamed us. Obviously the driver wasn't driving carefully, we are now seeking legal action
