As always, the product selection and discounts are phenomenal, and the customer service is top notch! I have been an Adidas fan since the 70s and 80s with their track shoes and then their Top Ten basketball shoes, and they have never disappointed! Usually I am not the kind of person who will post a comment publicly to the internet about customer service, but my frustration has come to higher level after dealing with Adidas Canada.At the end of May I purchased a pair of Copa cleats from FE soccer store on Walker RD in Windsor Ontario. My son was impressed with look and comfort of the kangaroo leather which costed me $350. Unfortunately, the cleats ripped after 3 games and I called FE soccer about the warranty. They then directed me to Adidas, due to Adidas being the company the cleats are from and that the warranty covers. So, I proceeded with the directions and gave Adidas pictures of the shoes and sent them the old ripped cleats in order to receive a voucher to use towards the $350 dollar cleats, that only lasted 3 games. I received a voucher after 2 weeks, however EVERYTHING on the Adidas website is excluded from the voucher as well as this voucher cannot be used in store. However, when using this voucher, you can only purchase ONE item, and you cannot use any left-over money for other purchases, so money is being wasted. So, we ordered a new pair of soccer cleats for a lower price because my son needs soccer cleats for the rest of the soccer season. We placed the order in on July 31st, 2023 and was told it would be delivered 3 days later on August 3rd, 2023, however the cleats have not been shipped yet, and no one at Adidas customer service has a clue with what's going on with my order. I have requested to speak with the manager to get to the bottom of this issue and why my order is still not shipped, and every person I've spoken with has claimed that the manager "is very busy" and "does not have time". So now, in the end, we need to spend another $300 dollars on cleats for my son, as soccer cleats are not cheap these days, and after learning from my mistake of dealing with Adidas, I would like to just come and post my experience to bring awareness to the horrible customer service that may await you.

Great store! Good deals! I would've given 5 stars only they don't carry anything over a 2xl for men, and even that is very limited.

Excellent sales team! They were incredible helpful in finding sizes of specific shoes when we were shopping for the kids. The prices and sales are always good at this location. The store is kept clean, and the sales associates always look like they're helping and putting items away!

Big variety of items to pick up, crew is always looking to help customers, quick checkout process ??? and above all: great prices... I was able to get two pairs of snicker, three t-shirts (two sleeved and one sleeveless) and a cap for Jess than $100... That's pretty cool I think????????

Great shopping and most excellent support from sales associate, Trent. Outstanding customer assistance, patience and end-to-end care during my initial visit, 2022 Christmas Eve. Found a pair of shoes I liked that were priced at $39. At checkout they said that wasn’t the right price and wanted a lot more. All the shoes were the same and the sign said $39. They wouldn’t honor the signage. Ridiculous
