So today I came in and these two employees were so helpful and nice! As soon as a walked in I was greeted by both. The Latina girl helped me pick shoes for a wedding. She brought out a whole lot of shoes for me which I greatly appreciate her going out of her way to help me find a pair! Over all great service and really nice employees. Great job Aldo!

I usually don't take bad surveys, but for this one, I had to! I spend a ton of money at this story on shoes! I went in yesterday to buy a pair of shoes. As I was there for 20 min all the associates were in their phones and taking to each other instead of taking care of the customers, the store was full with clients. They had buy 1 get 1 40% off. So I thought to buy 2 pairs (one for my sister). I SPECIFICALLY ASKED the guy at the register if I could return them in case it wouldn't fit my sister. He said yes, you can but at a different location. I was ok with that. When I went to pay it was a latina girl. After I paid she put a stamp on a receipt as "final sale". Then I asked her in front of the associate who told me I could return that the guy told me I could return. The guy also confirmed what he told me in front of her. She then called the manager! Here comes the manager named Kirsten, if I was ALDO Owner I would never have her as a manager! I would have never hired someone like her! She was so rude, disrespectful, and humiliating customers! I've never met someone as bad and rude as her! I politely explained the situation and told her that I was misinformed by your associate and asked as a manager how she could resolve that! Not only did she not find a solution, but she did not evenapologized. She was so ignorant, super rude and sarcastically laughing with the latina girl in front of me. Both super rude and treated me so bad! I'm very upset about this as it wasn't my fault that your manager is so bad and so rude and doesn't teach and inform the employees about their deals and if its final sale or not. It's not my fault that the employee was not properly trained, and I was misinformed. If I knew I wouldn't bought the second pair. I would have had my sister come over and try the shoes there instead. I really need this resolved, please!

The best deals!!!! I won’t buy shoes anywhere else. I also love the staff so much, seriously the greatest customer service ever. Especially the Latina girl.

The employee seems to be a Latina. She is in the wrong job to deal with the customers. She has a really bad attitude, Aldo will lose a lot of customers if you don't change your staff like this girl. There is one more employee she is very nice and trying to help me but this employee said I’m the in-charge ( assistant manager).

I went to buy some shoes ? two weeks ago and the truth is a girl who seems to be Latina, is very lazy and treats customers in a bad way, you ask her for help and she gets angry, I went back to get more shoes since the quality is very good and The prices are below cost. I asked this girl for help to bring me the other shoe since the box only had one which was 71/2 my exact size and she returned with the same shoe but in 7, please how I would wear a 7 shoe and another 71/2, I told her this is a 7, could you find me the 71/2, which is the one that is missing in the box, she didn't last two minutes, she came back and said that the other shoe wasn't there, if I wanted Maybe I could order them online and I told her but they should be there, she said no, apparently they are mixed, I was upset because she did not search, I went to look for the missing one and found it immediately, and I told her coworker, Well, the co-worker went to tell her what I had said about her, which did not bother me, then that girl looked at me annoyed, since I went the first time I realized that this girl is in the wrong job to deal with With customers throughout the day you must have an attitude, Aldo will lose a lot of customers if you don't change your staff like this girl, because I realized that she treated the other customers in the same way, the quality of your products is very good, it's a pity that you employ Like this girl who is Latina and I say Latina because the other employees were nice, and I don't know her name but she has long dark hair, I would not like the other employees to be criticized when this girl is the only one with a nasty attitude and very lazy like she doesn't want to do anything just stand like a mannequin

I asked for my order to be shipped here 1 month ago. I've been trying for a long time to get the 2 pairs of shoes I bought. They say that I already picked up one of the pairs (which is not true) and they can't give me a solution. Today I will send a claim to the consumer protection offices. Being 1 month behind on this issue has been exhausting and frustrating
