“This review is specifically for emergency maintenance. Emergency maintenance here is wonderful and we have been helped within an hour for each issue we've had to call emergency maintenance for (twice for an A/C issue and once for fire alarms going off). Haithem, is professional and friendly and has even advised us on what the issues were and potentially how to avoid them in the future. We have been saved from many headaches because of Haithem and could not be more grateful for his thorough and efficient help!”

“We recently moved in and all has been going smoothly so far. From the beginning Judy has been really helpful and in constant communication, even before we decided for this place she would follow up with us and make sure we had all our questions answered, which helped choosing this community. Love her energy and she does seem to care about her tenants!
We moved from out of state and Judy made sure everything was setup and ready for us to move in. They made accommodations for us to use our own washer and dryer, which is a great help!
The community is good and location even better, so close to Auburn Hills downtown, and you can't beat the river view from our bedroom!
Some minor details in the unit that will be resolved through maintenance orders.
We also met Paul from maintenance and he's also very knowledgeable and accessible.
We're excited to call this place home and hopeful all remains as smooth as it has been so far, will provide update as our tenancy goes!”

“My review is based on touring the apartment with Dana. Excellent experience and with his knowledge of buildings beyond the typical leasing manager, I was able to ask a few more specific questions. The only thing that kept me from getting a unit was my large employer suddenly transferred me to another city and made it more difficult to choose Auburn Hills (no work from home for us). But would’ve been at the top of my list if I had stayed in that area. I haven’t seen very many people utilizing the clubhouse or lounges at their apartments in metro Detroit but I saw probably three or four young professionals on their laptops in the lounge and another one in the gym working out. You see that more in a places like Jersey City but because of the quantity of young working professionals. Definitely didn’t have the student dorm vibe I was concerned with a school nearby. Full size washer and dryer too between kitchen and master bathroom.”

“Love the apartment. Not happy with the fee I am charged for automatically paying the rent. You encourage auto payment but then charge a service fee to use it. Bad business”

“Lived here for almost 3 years. Loved how quite and safe the place is. The management was great and the response to the maintenance requests was exceptionally quick. It is close to a plaza and Auburn Hills downtown, which is a bonus.”

“I moved into Mosaic in May 2025. I love where I live! The application and move-in process was efficient and involved zero stress. This is a small complex; it's quiet, remote and low-traffic. For the first week I wasn't sure if I had any neighbors living in the adjacent units because I couldn't ever hear anyone. I did in fact have neighbors, but there's either some super soundproofing in the walls or they are just very considerate people. Everyone I have come across have been nice, professional people. I feel very safe here. I love having a garage attached to my apartment. Love. It. I had a few maintenance issues when I moved in. I filled out the online request form and the next day it was done. The amenities and décor are up to date. Location is also great. I've got quick access to I-75 and every retail outlet I could ever need is within a few miles. North on Baldwin is the Orion Oaks county park, a hidden gem that no one seems to know about. If you have a dog, there's an incredible bark park there also, less than 10 minutes away. There are bike paths and sidewalks in all directions. I don't care that there isn't a clubhouse or community pool. Those things just lead to problems. My only gripe would be the lack of guest parking local to my corner of the development. Whoopie-doo. In the big picture, this is a clean, safe, well-managed apartment complex surrounded by the conveniences of life. I couldn't be happier here!”

“Matea showed myself and my daughters around and toured us through a few units. Grounds were clean, kitchens & baths are updated, flooring is nice, room sizes are good. Many amenities and a well laid out fitness area. Matea knew her units well, was very professional but still fun.”

“I had to rewrite my review because the team here is AMAZING! Darien and Karen are a powerhouse at running this place. The previous leasing company (LR took over in Jan of 2024), had left some issues in the units but they quickly resolve any of them, and so quickly. I cannot attest to these guys enough.

Additionally the units are perfectly spacious, and well upkept with this team. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the neighbors are all so friendly.

Any issue we've run into since moving in is fixed so quickly and they're so kind. I'm happy to call this place home!”

“Been here for about a year and have had a good experience. Price is very competitive and many units are renovated/new. Units are spacious with back and front porch areas. Also a plus to have washer and dryer in basement. Good experience with maintenance in normal and emergency scenarios like when basement flooded. Nice quiet area as well. Can’t speak on the older units as I am in a renovated one. But for the price you can’t beat it.”
