“Haithem was very punctual and fixed my air so that I am comfortable in my apartment. I wouldn’t have made it through the night comfortably if it wasn’t for him. Appreciate it. He’s also kind and explained what the issue was thoroughly.”

“I’ve only been at Westbury for about a month, but I have little to no complaints so far and none of them regard the overall community or atmosphere! We didn’t choose an updated unit, so there’s some minor cosmetic wear that I anticipated and doesn’t affect daily life at all. Unit was very clean with tons of natural light!

Calls after I submitted interest to the website were very informative and helpful. When we met with Joey, he was very kind and knowledgeable: laid back but very professional, which put us at ease while we toured. He then provided us with an alternative route to finish our application because our credit was lacking, which was a HUGE relief. The whole process from interest to getting the renters insurance they recommended was just super simple.

We moved from the country and were beyond excited to be shown a unit on a full tree line/ mini woods area: we see deer daily! The community feels clean, overall well kept, but relaxing: so many neighbors walk daily (with or without dogs) or ride bikes around. It’s the perfect transition to the city.

Family perks: Lots of free events and entertainment in the area, a walk to Riverside park without crossing an actual street, skate park across the community entrance, another park right by that, innovation park is a short drive, the Auburn hills library is wonderful and provides nerdy board game and RPG books to checkout. Westbury itself seems to host some events, the pool has a nice lady that’s there if you need anything (*not a lifeguard *), and there’s a small park inside.”

“I have looked at many apartments throughout the area and called even more to get information. I have a unique situation and a lot of people have been rude or unhelpful but from the moment I spoke with the leasing manager, Dana, he treated me with kindness, respect, empathy and has ALWAYS followed up as promised. Gives all info, very honest.

I’m going to decide within the next couple of days, but at any rate, I wanted to leave this review and show my true gratitude towards you. You are one of few people that I feel like would listen to me and help me. It means a lot.

I would highly recommend that anyone looking for an apartment in the area to come here. They make the experience easy from day one.

“What amazing promptness! We were moving in and a swarm of bees were at the entrance of our apartment. We couldn’t go in or out without being attacked. “Lived here for 2 years and honestly this property is managed very well under the current company! They’re responsive, quick, and happy to help.

The stars are for the staff and their work ethic. As for the property you just need to take it for what it is and the rest is fantastic. Maintenance is very quick, but make sure to use the internet portal to make all your tickets. All the buildings have aluminum windows so be sure to have your heat on in the winter!

Some parts are a bit crowded with cars and parking can be difficult, but their car ports are pretty reasonably priced as far as I’ve seen. And to the person complaining about being towed in the 1 star review, honestly you should have been towed hundreds of times before you actually were towed. You parked on the grass, you parked in my spot, you’ve parked in my neighbors spots, forcing people to park further away from their homes while they’re paying for the parking spot that you’re using, you are lazy and inconsiderate.

While I’m complaining about people, to the pasty white kid with the absurdly huge truck who bumps bass at 1am I should have called the cops on you so much more than I have, you are a child. As a note to everyone reading this, if you have a problem with noise at unreasonable hours, just call the auburn hills non emergency # I haven’t had good experiences with police, but shockingly the officers around the area haven’t been horrible.

So yeah, thin walls, bad windows, and only a few lousy neighbors are my only complaints and you’ll honestly find those issues literally everywhere. Other than that, this is a fantastic place to live as far as location, management, and maintenance are concerned, the staff actually cares! Which is shocking compared to other places I’ve lived.”

“I moved into Mosaic in May 2025. I love where I live! The application and move-in process was efficient and involved zero stress. This is a small complex; it's quiet, remote and low-traffic. For the first week I wasn't sure if I had any neighbors living in the adjacent units because I couldn't ever hear anyone. I did in fact have neighbors, but there's either some super soundproofing in the walls or they are just very considerate people. Everyone I have come across have been nice, professional people. I feel very safe here. I love having a garage attached to my apartment. Love. It. I had a few maintenance issues when I moved in. I filled out the online request form and the next day it was done. The amenities and décor are up to date. Location is also great. I've got quick access to I-75 and every retail outlet I could ever need is within a few miles. North on Baldwin is the Orion Oaks county park, a hidden gem that no one seems to know about. If you have a dog, there's an incredible bark park there also, less than 10 minutes away. There are bike paths and sidewalks in all directions. I don't care that there isn't a clubhouse or community pool. Those things just lead to problems. My only gripe would be the lack of guest parking local to my corner of the development. Whoopie-doo. In the big picture, this is a clean, safe, well-managed apartment complex surrounded by the conveniences of life. I couldn't be happier here!”

“I would love to say they are a very professional office staff. Answered so many questions very professional. Nice pool area always clear and no garbage around the area. Very spacious apartments and maintenance were always there when they said they would be!!

The best part was the office staff made it homey with all the decoration. That was super nice touch!!

“I don’t know why the rating is so low because the units are amazing!
We lived here for full three months now and can’t say anything bad about the units nor the management. The rent for two bedroom (with two pets) is 1315 for the renovated apartment! New floors, new everything.
Move in was quick. As far as maintenance, we had to contact them three or four times and everything was resolved quickly. Once because the washing machine leaked, second time because it broke completely (we got a new replacement washing machine!), third because of the dryer. And everything was fixed within 1-3 days max.
The AC works great, and the electricity bill considering summer was normal as well.
Overall we are very happy in this townhome since its low price, plenty of space. I also love that we have a little backyard space and the animals that come there (mostly chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies!). And my cats love the stairs too!”
