The best price per square foot around, and it still has a bunch of nice finishes in the apartments and amenities for residents. The management is great! They handled it effectively and professionally. We had a nice conversation and appreciated their friendliness. It was a comfortable interaction. The maintenance here are an A+ team. William even left us with some treats. That was kind and thoughtful. Thank you guys!?”

Moving to the area from Grand Rapids it didn't align for us to have a formal tour and they were super accommodating and helpful. Quick to answer any questions and both are incredibly knowledgable.
