The manager, Heather, was so lovely. She was extremely helpful and kind. I had an incident with my items and she was a problem solver. Great place

Wow, I have not been to a bath and body in many years and now I am wondering why. Today I had the best experience because of Wonderful, her name is perfect for her!!! She has amazing customer service skills, she is friendly and welcoming. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you Wonderful, I will be back!!!

Very good selection of items, however my cashier didn't say a word other than my total. Very off-putting. At least say 'hi' and 'have a nice day.' (Reg. number 002 Tran. 5300)
