I was not happy at all going there. We were told there was a fee to triage our pet. Then they came back and said they needed an $5,000 deposit. I said I cannot pay that. They came back with a modified plan of around $2500 to keep her until morning. Then we were told we could take her somewhere else because they are a lot cheaper. Also said if we didn’t have the $5,000 we should consider putting her down “not to be crass.” We then had to sign out against AMA and were told she would be right back will our invoice. She came back with our dog and said you’re all set. They charged our Snap plan over $700 and didn’t even treat her. I didn’t consent for them to do that nor did I see an invoice before hand. I didn’t sign anything saying the could take that money. Just rude since she knew we didn’t hanenrhst much to work with. Horrible place seemed like a sales office more than a vet.

We brought our dog Raleigh here after she had a high grade mast cell tumor removed without clean margins. The staff was wonderful. Dr Bulakowski and Vet Tech John Gavin were extremely professional and friendly. They explained our treatment options very well and didn’t pressure us. I came out of the appointment feeling much more optimistic than I did going in. I would definitely recommend them.

Way too expensive. Not willing to work with you or give suggestions of possible at home TX or remedy. 187.00 just to be seen. Plus, it was 85 just to call poison control

They were available. They were so nice and they treated me and my dog wonderfully. They were able to get the necessary tests done even though my pet was scared and sometimes bites when he's hurt. They weren't afraid of him and that made all the difference.

Went to auburn hills this morning after calling and being told the wait was minimal. I fully explained the issue to the office staff so they would be fully aware when we arrived. We were the only ones in the waiting room, the only car in the parking lot. We had high hopes that we could get our dog seen quickly, but apparently the "intake" office staff person deemed our dog as a non emergency. Never called back to the vet, never left her chair. The other office person did absolutely nothing but talk to the seated office staff. We waited over an hour in the waiting room. My husband finally asked if our dog was going to get seen. They stated that the vet was "doing rounds" and that as soon as the rounds were completed, they would be with us. Another long wait and we see the vet assistant cleaning all of the patient rooms...mopping. I finally asked if we were going to be seen and again was told after the vet does their rounds they would be with us. The vet assistant then said that she just had to finish cleaning the rooms and she would get us into a room. I got angry and said why can't you clean one room and have the office staff clean the other rooms so we can get our dog triaged finally. This is ridiculous to say the least that the staff can't share the responsibility when there are patients to be seem. We were then told that turnover was happening and the vets were going over the previous night. After we had been here.... it seems that there was no sense of urgency on their part. I wonder if the real reason our dog was not seen quickly was because they decided to wait until "turnover" for us.. I'm a bit shocked from our last visit to this visit... different employees but definitely not better. It's disappointing that there seemed to be no compassion and little communication after we had been sitting in the waiting room. Could they have communicated with us? Yes, but they didn't. Could they have shared responsibilities with the vet assistant in order to triage our dog sooner? Yes, but they didn't. It's sad. We will be looking elsewhere for the next emergency.

Our dog Peanut passed away on Wednesday this week. The staff at blue pearl went above and beyond to comfort us & gave us our time to say goodbye to our beloved family member. Thank you for the kindness you showed us during this difficult time. We truly appreciate all of your love, support and care you have given to our sweet baby throughout his life and the respect you gave him after he passed.

My wife and I were faced with a very traumatic situation with our first dog together Wonder. He was only 5 when he slowed down his eating habits, which for a lab meant something was wrong. I took him in expecting that I would have to feed him some ground beef and rice for a week or so, and left knowing that Wonder had lymphoma. The doctor came into the room nearly in tears as she had to tell me the news. She was so sincere and I could tell that she truly cared and was bothered by this. They gave us a steroid to take some of the pain away for 1-3 months. We got exactly one month. When it came time to put Wonder down. We went back to blue pearl knowing exactly what was going to happen. The worst day of my life to date. The staff at blue pearl gave us the most peaceful goodbye we could’ve ever asked for. The staff was so gentle and understanding. Even though they are almost numb to it being in this line of work. They were so pleasant, we truly felt like we mattered in that moment. As we said goodbye to our favorite dog in the world. They put all the focus on him. Explained to us that we were making the right decision for Wonder (who was struggling to breathe). They explained how he was going to be cremated with other dogs and that he was in good hands with them. My wife and I truly felt loved. In that moment, it was really all we could’ve asked for.I would highly recommend Blue Pearl to anybody who is in need of assistance for their favorite animals. This is the only place I’ve found where your problems are their problems. They care and truly want the best for you and your animal.

My 7 month old puppy had a little bit of an issue and the ladies helped me out so quickly- especially Mizeya who was so kind and helpful. I’m so grateful to this place and then women that were working tonight.

I was very pleased with my experience. My cat is healing well and they even called to check on him. I hope I don't have an emergency again but if I do, this is where I'll go.
