I had no plans to visit this store but my wife and daughters were shopping at some other stores that had no men’s clothes so I stopped in here while they were shopping. They had 40% off of most items. I found some great deals that were $4 more than if I bought some no brand item from TJ Maxx. Staff were friendly and nice, and I’ll definitely be stopping in more often.

this store is just horrible. i bought a shirt and it was the wrong color and they did not let me return and get my money back. what a scam!!

Very rude, and comes off racist I went into the store there were three employees and no one greeted me. I said excuse me and asked for helped they looked at me and continued to conversate and not acknowledge me.

Helpful staff, but finding product in some sizes is always hit or miss. No fault of the staff, being an outlet store I'm sure they're limited.

Arrived 10:40 and the store is still closed with a lady working inside. The mall opens at 10, and the store hours posted online also say they open at 10am.

I was shopping for a tie for my husband. After choosing one I came up to the register to pay for the purchase. As the associate-Jaquis- was helping me we were having a small talk and I said I'm not sure if my husband likes the tie so I may need to return it. He finished scanning, I paid and as he was packing I asked "so what's the return policy here?" and he said "oh you can't return the item, it's store credit only". From what I understand it's the store policy and that's totally fine. But what is really upsetting is that I was literally talking to him about possibly needing to return the item and he didn't say a word that it's not an option. And only after completing the purchase I found out that I won't be able to make a return on the $70 tie that I may not need. I felt like this situation is somewhat unique and common courtesy and logic dictate that I would be informed of the store policy since I just expressed my thought on possibly needing to return the item. That's what I told the associate and he just said he can't do anything since that's the policy.So I left the store and called customer service. The associate over the phone seemed to understand why I was upset over what happened. She mentioned I could file a complaint, she also called the store and (maybe I misunderstood what she meant) told me that I can call the store and the manager who she spoke with - Anthony- will be able to help me. Since I was still at the mall I decided to go back to the store and speak to him face to face instead. But after explaining the situation to him, Anthony told me the same thing - that it was the store policy and he couldn't do anything about it. Which got me even more frustrated because - like I said I may have misunderstood the associate over the phone but - I was going back to the store with the understanding that this situation can be fixed, not to hear it one more time that nothing can be done. So I returned the tie for store credit, but this whole experience is so frustrating and disappointing that I'm struggling to see myself going back shopping to any Hugo Boss store. So now I'm out of $70 and have a card from a store that I don't want to return to.

If i could give zero starts i would. Jaquis is apparently the managers name unless he gave me a fake name. He is super rude continuously shut the phone in my face and would not help me. Boss needs to do better and not just hire whoever. Ill be contacting corporate

Staff was impatient and rude, we arrived 1hr earlier before the store closes and they had their door half closed already, it was ~5pm on a Sunday and thet didn't let us in.... the staff who had that store before them were friendly. New guys aren't
