Hired them a few months ago and they damaged furniture and 2 walls and did nothing to rectify the situation when it was brought to Jays attention. The owner ( I assume) was in the job the entire time but was not over seeing his employees as he sat in the truck the entire time. Poor service

What a great experience today using Juggernauts to move us. Ray, Jason & Travis we're very professional, took great care when getting everything on and off the truck. The three of them worked very well together and were so relatable to talk to. I would absolutely recommend them again. Tim Kern

I can't speak highly enough of Rob and his team at Juggernauts Moving!! I called some other moving companies in the area and they were not as impressive as Juggernauts. I worked with Rob long distance to move the remaining contents of my parent's home in Michigan to my home in CT. My dad passed away last year and my mom is in an apartment now. We had several changes during the moving process including the closing on my parent's home unexpectedly being moved up by a few days. Rob was right there alongside us and willing to adjust as needed which I can say doesn't happen often with a moving company! He was easy to deal with by phone or text. We had a few balls up in the air during this long distance move and he made one part of our move less stressful! Thank you Rob! His team was phenomenal!! They cared about my parent's belongings as if they were theirs. They were personable, helpful, courteous and efficient. I can't say enough about them!! They were amazing! They moved furniture to my mom's apartment and then furniture we were donating to Salvation Army as well. And the charge was reasonable for their time! And it saved our backs!! They had to split up the team to go to another move but it was no issue! They stayed to help with the heavy lifting/furniture and the last team member was so efficient and helpful! Rob you are awesome! Keep up the good work and make sure the guys who helped us are well taken care of!

Scheduled a simple move to an apartment across the hall. Nathan and Travis called me about 45 minutes before their scheduled start time. They were very timely and polite. They got in and hit the ground running. They were fast and were very careful handling my stuff. I would recommend these two handle your future moves and I would request them to assist me with another move as well.

I found this company on Yelp, saw all their good reviews, and was able to set up a date and time on pretty short notice. I was told I could have two or three movers and opted for two, and was told there was a $135 fee plus $105 an hour for the movers. I called to confirm the day before and was told they would be out at 3:30-4pm. The morning of the move is when everything fell apart. I was called three times in a row while at work and left a meeting because I assumed something was wrong. Turns out their morning appointment didn't work out so I rescheduled for them to come at 12:30pm. They called an hour later to reschedule for 2pm because they morning job was back on, and then called at 2pm to say they were running late and it would be closer to 3pm. Around 3:45pm I finally got a phone call saying they were on their way, and they arrived an hour later. It was a huge, confusing mess and made planning the rest of my move a nightmare with their constant time changes. When they finally arrived there were three movers, not two like I requested. At that point I didn't even care if they charged a bit more for all three of them- I just wanted the job done. They all commented on how I didn't have much stuff and how it was an easy job moving items from a garage to a ranch home, and they finished in about an hour Then came the bill. I knew the $135 fee, but the extra mover and the travel charge were a shock, as was the 2 hour minimum. By that point I tried to give them a credit card that they supposedly accept, but they refused and wanted cash or Venmo. I told them I had neither so they settled for a check. Overall they had horrible communication, both in billing and arrival time. For anyone looking to hire them, please realize that you will pay $500+ for their services, no matter how small of a job.

Small scheduling issue, but they got everything sorted. Priced as quoted. Quick, efficient, and careful. Will hire again when I need something moved.

We used them to move recently. The guys were very nice and helpful. They were quite a bit late and didn't have the supplies we asked for but over all I'd use them again I would just make sure next time I was their first appointment and not their last. The finial bill was also almost double what they quoted me so be sure to have extra cash on hand when using them!

This company is worth hiring!!!! We've hired them twice now. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Ashley and Rob both are great at communicating and pricing is on point. The first move we thank Rocco and crew for moving our entire house on a cold and blustery day. The second time was today and a HUGE thank you to Jay and D for handling a smaller job that we just couldn't manage ourselves. We'll defiantly hire Juggernuts again.

I wish i could give 2.5 stars. The guys on their truck worked hard. My issue was with Robert the owner. Didn't get the wardrobe boxes until the day of the move. He mentioned bringing two trucks one for the garage and one for the house. Found out that isn't even an option since they only have 1 truck!! He said there were two options of paying hourly or he would give you a lump sum to pay and it covers it all no matter how long. Since there was only one truck it too all day. The first truck was packed like a Tetris board. Drive 17 miles to the other house and unpack Then back. The second truck full was not so nicely packed, it was late they were les patient and they wanted it filled up so they don't have ti add more to it. It should have been a third trip but it was midnight. They were supposed to be there at 9 am didn't get there until noon had truck issues. Guess it was hard to find the imaginary 2nd truck. Ha Twice Robert calls to ask for more money. end of the night, and right when they got back to the old house from first load. Robert tells the driver to say there is a surcharge of a $150 added on. I said to the driver you can tell him to call me but there is no way I'm paying more than i was quoted. He would not talk to me, either instance. So between that and having soo much stuff left on Sunday to move solo it wasn't a great experience. He knew about the gun safe it was on the first floor we looked at it the day he came out to give the quote. Also yes he gave us the 40 standard boxes days before but didn't drop off the wardrobe boxes until around 1-2 pm the day we moved. I didn't complain about time either just asking for a fee and not speaking to me him self.

Same day service at a decent price. The crew was on time and accomplished what I thought would be a very difficult task moving a very heavy desk in a very safe and efficient manner. Five stars for timeliness, skill, and delicate handling.

I called Juggernauts Moving & Storage to get a quote for my move from my apartment to a house. Talked with Rob, very nice guy and very professional. Since we didn't have much to move he quoted me at most 3 hours and at the price of 135 dollars an hour. I never got the confirmation email from the secretary but that's not a big deal. Ended up having to call back because my move got rescheduled for a week earlier and they were more than willing to accommodate us. They showed up at around 10:30am, we were scheduled for 9am, then it got moved to 10am. One of the workers kept in constant contact with me, because unfortunately someone didn't show so he was coming in on his day off to help out. Really appreciated that! Rob and Frank were our movers and they were amazing, so funny, professional and personable. They moved everything from our apartment and into our house within two hours. My absolute only complaint was that my original quote did not include an additional cost for renting the truck so what I thought was the 135 for two hours ended up being around 370 dollars. We had enough to cover it, but that was a little bit inconvenient not knowing previously. Otherwise I would definitely hire Juggernauts again, no issues elsewhere. Really appreciated Rob and Frank for everything they did.

Warning!!!! Beware of this company. No call/No show on moving day. Never return phone calls, never showed up for second residence quote. I would call the owner Rob from my phone several times, leaving messages and he would not answer or return my calls. But, I would call from my husbands phone and he would answer. Beware!!!!! Read the reviews on Facebook, you'll see this is their pattern. In response to Ashleys response: Untrue. I called 2 weeks prior to the original move date and changed the day and was told it was no problem. I also asked Rob to give an estimate to move our home and he said he would come out on Friday to give us a quote. No call no show. I texted and called - No answer or response. I'll add screenshots of text messages. You know personally Ashley what is going on. I spoke with you a month ago expressing my concerns with Rob not responding. Not answering the phone and not responding to text messages and not showing up for quotes AND NOT SHOWING UP TO MOVE US is extremely unprofessional and everyone should know what they're dealing with when doing business with your company.

Beware, I used them last month. After speaking to the crew it was clear background checks are not done on the employees and most have spent time in jail. All of them smell like marijuana or alcohol. Trying to get a call back was the first sign of poor management

My recent experience moving with the folks at Juggernaut was pretty exceptional. I've moved cross country 4 times in the last 6 years, using several different companies. While not a cross country move, this was, by far, the best experience I've had with movers. Ray and Dee (hope I spelled your names right, guys. Apologies if I did not.) were exceptional. They were friendly and communicative. I received a call from Ray early in the day to get the address. From there he kept in contact via text, keeping us informed of when they'd arrive. They arrived exactly when he said they would. When they arrived, they immediately went to work. They started by surveying the location and our items to make a plan, then went to work. They were personable the entire time, while still working diligently to knock it out. Perhaps more importantly, I've never seen folks care so much about our belongings. I've watched movers toss boxes and furniture without a care. Ray and Dee showed sincere and genuine concern for our belongings the entire time. They worked hard and diligently, knocking the entire move out in only 4 hours (including an hour of travel time)! If I had a critique, I'd say I would have appreciated more communication from the office prior to the day of the move. I called several times to confirm and was told I was all set, but it seemed a bit like I was just a name on a list. I wasn't sure if they knew how big of a truck to bring, how much stuff we had, where we were moving from and to....it just seemed very quiet. However, the day of experience (which I suppose is the one that really matters) more than made up for it. If you choose to move with Juggernauts (and you should!), don't get nervous like I did. They'll show up and it'll be an excellent experience. I will definitely use Juggernauts for our next move.
