Came to get a birthday bear for my daughter. But the stuffing machine was broke and we were told it would take 2 hours to do it. (Understandably) but l wasn't a fan of the set up. And just seemed a little hectic

Compared to the other build a bears in the area this one doesn't have much to choose from. They also don't give the birth certificates or have the wash station.

Had the best experience yesterday with my kids and them getting their BAB! I wish I would’ve got the younger gentleman’s name but when I say he was the SWEETEST! My daughter loves Peppa pig and my autistic lil guy loves boss baby and together he helped me find the perfect sounds to record for their bear/Dino! And my oldest son got to help make it for his baby siblings, my younger ones got a little fussy while we were looking and he was soo understanding! It made the experience a lot more comfortable and enjoyable on some already stressed out parents! Hope he gets a raise and lastly… gotta catch ‘em all ?

Stopped to get my daughter a bear for her birthday. Vernice was one of the rudest and most miserable employees I have ever encountered. She told us not to touch the animals and make a mess when we were just looking and trying to decide what animal to purchase. Then I grabbed one of the samples and she yelled at us saying that she will stuff one for us and we can’t have that one. I explained that we were just deciding what we wanted. I asked “are we not allowed to touch anything while we decide what we want”?my daughter started crying and I said that I refuse to buy anything from her. She said another employee would be there in a minute, I then called my husband who was shopping and she interrupted my conversation saying “ no no, that’s not what I said”. I told her to stay out of my conversation and I want the name of her supervisor. I work in customer service and have never experienced anything like this.Thank god Tyler got there and helped us! She got her stuffy and left happy. Tyler said he was the assistant manager and I told him about Vernice. She needs to be reprimanded. Don’t work with children if you have a miserable personality,

It’s at a kiosk in the mall and it’s super cute, quite a few options for a kiosk. The lady working there though.. she was the rudest person I have ever met! I couldn’t believe it. She wouldn’t move out of the way so my son could see all of the stuffed animals. When I asked the price on one of them she ignored me. After he picked out his stuffed animal we were going to look at the little outfits, but she stopped us and said “umm no! We stuff them first!”.
You pay almost $100 for the experience of building it yourself and this lady gave him no experience at all.
I would suggest going to any other location because that woman should not be around your kids.
There was a second worker that stepped in and she really was amazing! She definitely turned the whole experience around at the end, I wish it was her the whole time! She has him run the little heart and put it in before she sewed it up, very sweet!
