I was told at approximately 12:39 pm to send the last 4 of my card that was charged the $18 for a car wash I didn't recieve. The gentleman was professional and considerate. The refund should post within 5-7 business days.Thank you for your integrity.”
“Prior to the price increase this was a 5* car wash. They keep it clean despite the locals constantly trashing it. Wether you self serve or used the automatic it was a good place to wash. Parking lot can be tight during busy hours. However, the prices have gone up and the quality of the wash has gone down. Might as well go to a tunnel wash and get a hand dry for the same price.”
“I had been going to the Rochester location, which I already liked, but since I’m closer to the Auburn Hills location, I decided to stop by for my quarterly deep clean—and wow, what an amazing experience!
When I pulled up to the wash, I explained that I like to clean my interior before washing the exterior. They immediately said, “No worries!” and directed me to the free vacuum area without any pressure or hassle. I completely understand that offering memberships is part of their job, but I really appreciated that they simply told me to let them know if I needed anything.
While I was deep cleaning the interior, I had my floor mats out, and a very kind employee named Devin came over and asked if I’d like them power washed—completely free of charge! Such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. He brought them back looking fresh, and after I finished up, I went through the wash and my beloved Subaru looked fantastic.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I definitely recommend this location!”

“I got the ultimate car wash for free on customer appreciation day. I also got a free coney, water, chips and a cleaning kit which includes a towel and air freshener.. though I am bummed they did not give their fanciest premier wash out instead. It is super expensive at $63 a month vs $37 a month for the ultimate, the next best wash. Other car washes top off at $45 a monfor their fanciest wash”
