Loved this store!! I purchased a wonderful coat and pullover sweater for a deal of a price and the staff were friendly!! Plus they are located in Great Lakes Crossing mall which made it even better to do more shopping!!

Columbia stuff: 5 stars.I knocked a star off because you may be thinking factory store is cheaper, and you may be disappointed. Some of the items may be a little discounted, there is a sale rack with better deals, but for the most part the best perk of the store is the fact it is a huge collection of Columbia stuff.Also, it should be noted I think the staff are great too.

07/11/2023 around 8:00 pm l went to shop at this location. Two employees was by the cash register talk to each other and playing with their phones not one time they asked me if I need any help. So i left without buying anything.

Great place to find outdoors type wear. Associates are friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized. Checkout was a fast process I would recommend if you're looking for outdoors / sports wear.
