Worst customer service behind the counter. he claim he is an assistant manager?!?!only two employee take care of this business. rude and arrogant customer service.insist to see if my ID because he don’t wanna type my last name. I do this with Comerica for the last 8 years never happened this to me.. don’t recommend to do business with this branch

I called this branch this morning to say I thought I had left my ATM card in the machine yesterday. I was told that they would mail it back to me when retrieved and that the machine was checked usually two times a week. I asked if there was any way of checking if the card was there because I wanted to make sure the card wasn’t lost somewhere else and didn’t want anyone else using it. I was told no, “there is nothing we can do”. ?!?!?!?I asked, since it wasn’t offered, if the card could be cancelled. I was told yes, that it could be cancelled, inside the branch if I came in or over the phone. ?!?!?!?I said that I’d like to cancel it right away, over the phone. My info was taken and I was told my new card would be sent out in five to seven days.It sure seems to me that Comerica would have a more efficient, expedient way of retrieving cards, or at least verifying, if they are left in the ATM machine. Five to seven days is a long time to go without a card and I was going to have to wait that long, regardless of whether I was waiting on my old card to be sent to me or replacing the card altogether. Leaving the card behind, if that’s what happened, was my fault but customer convenience and security could certainly be improved.

This is thee worst bank ever. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. Employees do not care about customers. Employees will bicker between themselves in front of customers. The big fat lady sits at her desk all day doesn’t help any customers. This is a dying bank DO NOT TRUST them with your money.

The lobby is constantly closed forcing you to go through the drive through. I arrived at 9:05 and the tellers weren’t ready to assist anyone. The teller I had was rude. I needed to do a simple transfer and she left the computer/mic and didn’t return for 20mins. What should have been a simple transaction took almost 50mins. Unbelievable. I will not be coming back to this branch.

Very very rude to customers especially Tina I had to complain about her ....they got rid of her and the young girl with the gray hair she's next or I'm Changing to another bank .....held my ID for a hour purposely in the drive through another lady had to give it back to me ....I asked why did she do that manager couldn't explain but apologized .....I feel better now I read the comments I see I ant the only one

Do NOT join this bank! Or at least not this branch. Perhaps others are better? It was never the best bank - I've had minor issues off and on for a while, but service for the last year has finally convinced me I need to leave.1) They frequently close early and at odd times not reflected on their posted hours. The other day we arrived 15 minutes before close - I realize that's too late to do anything complicated. All I wanted was to make a quick deposit. But they'd already begun shutting the machines down.2) The lobby is rarely open (and now a sign on the door implies this might be, at least for the short term, permanent), resulting in long wait times in your car through the drive-thru. They then give you attitude about transactions that would have been a non-issue had THEY been open inside. For example, needing a deposit slip or wanting to get coins out.3) Apparently as of 6/29/2022 (not sure when it started, but this is my first time seeing it) you now need an APPOINTMENT to get coins out, amongst other things.4) The terrible service. I understand being short-staffed or occasionally having odd hours, but the people here are so often RUDE. I've mentioned a few of the weird incidents, but they always have an attitude on top of it. Snottily telling me I can't do more than ONE transaction through the drive-thru, AFTER I've already done the less important transaction (which I would have foregone if they'd indicated this limit ahead of time). Giving me grief when my bills for deposit (that were literally all twenties) weren't bundled into sleeves and then next time when I did properly bundle them telling me that there were "too many" different piles (because this time I had bills of all denominations and divided them as needed to fit the appropriate sleeves!). We've even been told that our deposit was TOO BIG before (it's never above $3000, and we have a business account. This is not abnormal.). There's also been a few suspicious times when we were SURE we had counted the money correctly only to be told - through the drive-thru, where you can't double check - that it was short odd amounts like $50 or $100.TL;DR? Save yourself the trouble and find a different bank. If you're thinking that this one is close by and convenient, don't. It will do nothing but inconvenience you.

New drive thru window staff is incredibly slow. Each driver consistently takes 10-20 minutes for their transactions. Never used to be a line or a wait.

Make sure your people know how to make change. I keep having the same problem WITH the same woman every time I come through the drive through. Do better!

Where I work we use this bank and recently the service has been absolutely terrible. Most of the time the bank will randomly close the lobby and whoever runs the drive thru has no idea what they are doing. They have not been able to find our account, mixed things up, and are very unhelpful. They are also incredibly rude when you try to ask questions. I wish we could switch banks because I would NEVER recommend this location.

We use this bank for work and let me tell you I’ll NEVER use them for my personal. We have to cash checks here and for two weeks they have been closed for lunch… FOR LUNCH… from 1-2 or 230. Then Saturday we were told we aren’t allowed to cash checks on Saturdays anymore. Excuse me what? I’m not sure what is going on but this is EXTREMELY ridiculous.

Front desk lady was a complete B**** to me for asking if I was able to cash a check here. Her response was incredibly rude even before I made it up to her counter to ask.
