What consistently makes stays memorable is the exceptional and welcoming customer service from the front desk staff. It’s a decent place comfortable beds but staff only gets a 3 star because Kim is gone🥹😭

I’ve been coming to Auburn Hills comfort suites on and off for several months now. Kimberly was always helpful, respectful and an all around pleasure to deal with. I noticed the last few times that I stayed, she wasn’t there and honestly she’s what made it worth it. I don’t think I'll be returning to this hotel.
