TERRIBLE! Upon walking in to the store with my bags from another store I was immediately followed by the young tall boy with dreads along with a young lady. I put the bags over my shoulder so they could know I’m clearly there to shop and not steal. He stood next to me the entire time while I’m picking shoes not once did he try to help me find size but just watched me. I found a seat for my son and sat the bags under him so I could find a pair of comfy shoes for my son since he wore his Versace shoes and said his feet hurt and to buy a couple pairs of slides for house shoes. Soon as I sit my 8year old with the bags he goes over and stand by the seat as if my kid who’s playing his phone sitting is going to steal. Smh Terrible when I asked him questions about the shoes he look as if he was being bothered. Also let’s not forget the young girl in the back room yelling and cursing someone on her phone. As we’re walking out after paying I guess police was alerted when I walked in with bags lmao because they were walking in deep but after they seen I was a paying customer they walked passed me and store confirmed I was only there to shop. CROC WILL NEVER SEE MY BUSINESSES EVER AGAIN. No wonder I shop online. Clearly never been one to steal and we were dressed in all Versace but I guess somehow I still look like I couldn’t afford crocs to these kid’s. And once again I only purchased to get my son out of his designer shoes and house shoes SMH

The employees are too lazy and have a bad attitude. It was a truly terrible experience, and they are not at all interested in helping customers. They were busy talking, giggling, and making jokes among themselves.

Store was supposed to be open till 6pm as advertised and it was already closed at 5:40pm.

Horrible service on 12/23 evening. Rude staff standing around talking about personal things instead of helping customers. Never going back

At this point, I really wonder why people come to work if they don't want to be bothered. We walk in the store, two employees right there in front of us gossiping about I don't care what, and couldn't even say hello. So rude. I gave two stars because after we appeared to look lost, we were finally asked if we needed help finding something. Then I was given the nastiest look and stare down by an employee that I've ever received in my life. Didn't want to ask anymore questions. I'll never go back there. I should have read the reviews then I could have saved myself the trip. Monday 12/23 6:30pm.

This place is huge. I wish I had more time to visit more of the stores. Great place to take children for indoor activities.
