Prices r high for things that aren't as good of quality as they used to be. Everything seems thin & cheap. Not many tall options. I'm tall and thin not big & fat.

Had been here for the Black Friday and selected the merchandise. When I went to the cashier and presented the Eddie Bauer Gift card, they said, they do not accept it. I was dumb stuck that they do not use their own Gift card and had to leave empty handed and disheartened by their attitude.

Not only did she help me find exactly what I was looking for in record time, but she also provided me with other fantastic options that made my shopping experience a breeze. Matt and Josiah were very helpful in assisting with an exchange and making sure I was able to get the correct size and color I needed. They even helped me with an online order when another item I wanted was not in stock in my size! Always have a great experience whenever I visit this location. Thanks again!
