Sylvia went above and beyond helping my large corporation ship more than 40 irregular large boxes!!! She checked multiple sources for pricing and inventory and even called other stores for me. She was unbelievable and helped me do MY job.

This FedEx is the worst and always under-staffed and has one person “working” while people line up out the door! We had to wait multiple times 20-30 min or longer just to drop off a return! It’s ridiculous! Don’t come here.

I’m actually shocked this place has such bad reviews because I’ve never had any issues.
Yes, they should have more staff on the busy days, but understaffing isn’t the employee’s fault. “T” is AMAZING. She remembers the names of so many regular customers and is kind and patient with everyone. She’ll even remember my kids names and ask how they are. It’s seriously top notch customer service.

I placed an online order for a print job this afternoon, expecting it to ready in the morning. It was completed in about an hour! The young lady (wish I knew her name) exceeded my expectations, and I sincerely appreciate it.

The one employee is very nice but to only staff one employee on December 23rd is actually insane to me. There’s a guy sitting in the back, I’m sure he has a different task to do, but you deff should have two people working the counter the day before Christmas Eve. Thought that was common sense but what do I know. Do better, fedex.

I came in a few times and T has been extremely helpful. She somehow always has her hands full and I had issues with some docs but she figured out how to get it done.

Not very helpful at all. I made a comment about the kiosk not being very easy and how unhelpful the staff (one person) was and the associate made a comment about customers in the store that she was helping and then I asked did she forget that it was just she and I in the store for quite some time and she knew I was struggling and never once assisted. The machine wouldn’t take my card to allow me to print out my resume and letter of recommendation for an interview I had today. Mind you I used the same card to pay for a key I had shipped off in store so it makes no sense. I left quite a bit upset and with nothing. Thanks again and won’t be back. As a matter of fact go see Luke at UPS on Baldwin like right down the street. Very kind and super easy. No issues!

Guy on the phone lied to me about having the paper stock needed for my print.
He also lied to me about printing my print as soon as I emailed it in.
He conveniently didn't notify me about the same-day print fee.
The manager at this location charged me a "resize" fee for my picture.
She used Photoshop to do this, and literally changed the aspect ratio of my picture using the Resize function, instead of maintaining the aspect ratio by using the Scale function.
I brought up how I witnessed her changing the aspect ratio right on front of me, and asked her to maintain the aspect ratio. She blamed the "program algorithm" on her own misuse of Photoshop.
I explained how the aspect ratio was changed, but she kept defaulting to "program algorithm" instead of changing how she was using Photoshop.
Then it took 15 minutes for the picture to actually be sent to the printer.
I called in 30 minutes ahead of time with my order, should have been a 5-minute visit to pay and pick up my order, turned into a 30 minute visit of being lied to and having surprise fees tacked on.
It's unreal.

I went were a month ago to get a something printed that needed to be on smaller paper. The woman working with me, I think her name was Tiara or Tianna I can’t remember, did a fantastic job working with me. It took about 6 different times printing my document for it to fit on the page properly but she was so patient and was determined to help me get it right. I really appreciated her kindness, and patience and for her determination in helping me get what I needed.
